I am suffering from serious gastric problem for last 4 weeks. Head burn, chest burn, rapid heartbeat, senseless body parts (hand, legs). I also have dry cough and a little bit cold. I think, may be cough make it more critical gastric problem. Blocking flow of gas in body parts by cough mainly in head & chest. What I should do now?

First start with a eight day session of vasthi karma at a panchakarma centre near you. Vasthi will detoxify the body and remove excessive gas formation. After that start taking ayurveda medicine from a good expert. Take lighter food, no smoking, no drinking, avoid excess salt, spices, fermented foods. Take more milk, ghee etc.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult gastro enterologist for further advice

You should undergo laproscopic cholecystectomy. That is safe procedure. But you vl need atleast 2 blood transfusion before surgery. If gallstones remains as it is and you are vomiting contnuously it vl adversely affect your pregnancy. You should consult laproscopic surgeon and obstetrician altogether.

Due to abortion of my wife in the age of 42 I am in a very sad mood, because we have two females of 20,15 and two abortions already, No growth of fetus ,because this is unplanned baby, we were using contraceptive pills, bleeding ,acute diarrhea and age factor may be the reasons of abortion. But my mind is not ready to accept this incident what can I do to console myself, I became hyper with her these days also. Pl tell me in detail.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of aspen + 3 drops of cherry plum.+ 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of rock rose. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose) on empty stomach.

Infection or stone are possiblities. 1) avoid hard water to drink, drink sufficient boiled water or purified water only. 2) avoid fruits containing small seeds like tomato, guava, vegetables like brinjal, 5) drink sugar-cane juice without ice empty stomach or as possible. 6) take 4 crushed elaichi (cardamom) add 2 cup of water boiled to become half filter it, add 2 spoons of cow ghee take on empty stomach. 7) give feedback in 6 days.

You avoid havy, spacy, over eating, non veg. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you. You take abhayaristha syrup 3spoon add 3spoon lukewarm water after lunch end 3spoon after dinner.

I am a 27yrs old female and getting acidic problem every consecutive day. What should I do?
1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Chelation therapy for acute inorganic mercury poisoning can be done with DMSA, 2,3-dimercapto-1-propanesulfonic acid (DMPS), D-penicillamine (DPCN), or dimercaprol (BAL. All patients in unstable condition should be admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU). After the patient is admitted, supportive measures, decontamination, and careful monitoring should be continued. In cases of inorganic mercuric salt ingestion, carefully monitor the patient's renal function.

No, it's not normal. Avoid fast food, junk food, low oily diet. Use fibrous food like leafy vegetables, one fruit every day and plenty of water. It may helps your child to get rid of this problem.
