You change food habites. Avoid too spacy fast junk end nonveg food. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take Ķeva acidrops drops 5 drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 30 minu ties take breakfast end evening also 5dropa on 4th day 10 drops in morning end 10 drops in night for a month than consult me for further treatment.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. Consult for further advice

It might be an inflammation (orchitis) or torsion of testicle or it may be some infection of some tissue in that area or may be a referred pain on account of stone in the ureter. The treatment would depend on the cause. A physical examination & review of previous records will be required for that. This has no connection with diet. However good local hygiene and clean loose under clothing will be helpful.

Get relief from acidity and heartburn

Stomach produces hydrochloric acid, which not only acts as protective barrier to the mucosal lining of abdomen but also helps digestion. But when there is over production of the acid it results in burning sensation in the chest area which is called heartburn. Untreated acidity leads to peptic ulcers.

Increased intra-abdominal pressure in cases of obesity and pregnancy also leads to heartburn sometime.

What remedies can be adopt for treating it?

- drink 2-3 glasses of cold water soon after getting up from bed early in the morning. It dilutes and washes away the acid secretion of overnight.
-take small meals at frequent intervals i. E, 3-4 hours once.
-take cold milk whenever acidity persists.
-tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol, hot and spicy food should be restrictly avoided.
-reduction of weight lessens intra-abdominal pressure and hence, is very important.
-avoid lying down immediately after taking food.
-avoid hot foods and hot liquids.
-avoid white sugar strictly as it enhances acidity by increasing fermentation. Use jaggery instead.
-take measures to avoid constipation.
- drink at least 8-12 glasses of water in a day.
-avoid spicy, irritant foods.
-take bland diet with minimum salt, as salt is alsio irritant.
-take plenty of natural antacids like coconut water, sweet buttermilk, cold milk and ashgourd juice.
-the chlorophyll present in green leafy vegetable is also an excellent agent to neutralise acidity.
-avoid sour fruits, if not suitable.

Gastric issues are much more common these days because of lifestyle changes. Just make some changes to get rid of it.

There are few steps to be followed:

1. Drink 4-5 litres water per day in summers and 3-4 in winter.
2. Do regular exercises like yoga and cycling or jogging and some abdominal exercise.
3. Avoid oily street and junk foods as much as possible. Now days you can search oil free tasty recipes.
4. Add oats daliya black grams milk fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables in your menu.
5. Always prefer fish and chicken over mutton or beaf if you are non vegetarian.
6. Tapper the amount of food as the day end. Take a full plate in breakfast and decrease the amount to almost 2/3in dinner.
7. Go for a walk after dinner no smoking no alcohol and take a good sleep.

Dear Ms Aman regarding food take salad . fruits.and any thing prepared by boiling ,steam cooking or pressure cooking..ie our rice chapatti etc...avoid food prepared in ovens like biscuits...avoid anything fried...soft drinks and fruit juices contain too much sugar should be avoided also all sweets ..see EAT WELL DIET..published by UK in the net.. Milk also to be limited. to reduce wt..walking for 45 min covering 4kmdaily is enough....but then you have to reduce your in take...replace dinner with salads and fruits. replace breakfast with some product from GETRIM..see net. you should try and reduce 3 kg in a month not more. lf you have any questions please free to contact me.

Some changes in diet and lifestyle will help u recover from acidity problem. Continue with your medication. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food and fatty / processed foods. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat fresh food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid coffee.
