Hello lybrate user frist off all you hav to reduce your stress just try to do meditation atleast 15 min in a day. Avoid overnight study utilize you r day time more for study. For dark circles use potato juice for local application let it dry and wash with water. Try to make you r schedule like you do not hav to study late nights it is important. Wish you good health and best luck for exam.

Hi lybrate-user, if your skin is acne prone, you will tend to develop dark spots too. Both conditions can be well treated. Ointments for acne work well along with skin lightning creams. For long term benefits peels or dermaroller treatment is highly recommended. These help both conditions acne and spots.

I had fibroadenoma excision surgery 10 days before there were no pain or discomfort till yesterday. Yesterday accidentally excision site got pressed becoz of my hand bag. After that m feeling very little pain while bending or moving. Pain is not continuous but m feeling it sometimes. Is it normal to have such kind of pain or should I consult to dr.

Oncologist, Gurgaon
lybrate-user, Such pain is normal after a breast surgery and can persist for upto 2 weeks after surgery. I would suggest taking a mild pain killer like paracetamol 650 mg. You can try wearing a sports bra, as it will reduce your pain.

Hello. Since last three days I am feeling burning sensation in my anal area while going to toilet. And also feeling pain. First I thought it might be for spicy food but its already been 3 days. So I am worried. What should I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Hooghly
I think your suffering from anal fissure, take food having high fibre, like fruits, lots of green veggies, lentils, cereals, plenty of water, boiled papaya and ladies also, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem permanently, it's your initial phase of the disease Soo if you start from now on chances of cure is high, Soo you can also contact me through Lybrate in private consultation.

The dust might be clogging your sweat pores, the heat and the acidic nature of the spices must have affected your skin. Have steam bath once a month. Scrub your body when you bathe. Make sure to cover your body with protective clothing. Talk to your manager regarding the protective clothing.

How to use skinless lite. Today I went to skin hospital my doctor given me skinless lite.
Used it twice a day but only on freckles and age spots for the first couple of weeks. Used it once a day (evening) only after the first couple of weeks. Started noticing some improvement in her age spots after the first month of use. Witnessed wonderful differences on the freckles after the first couple of months of use. Now uses it once a week.

Avoid sun exposure, ware full cloths in sun light. Yes, you consume fresh fruits and juices regularly. To remove tan you may use the home made paste, Haridra 5 gm + Bengal gram Aata 10 gm + Dalchini powder 3 gm mix in milk and apply on affected area before bath, keep for 30 minutes and later take bath. Some internal herbal cleansers are required to flush toxins.

Hello. I think you are very anxious. Perform the act with a relaxed mindset. Have a fabulous foreplay. In case of need, apply coconut oil over the penis and take bath. Oil bath for full body is recommended. You can also practice Kegel's Exercise.
