Hi All, Kindly suggest is it safe to have sex during first trimester or not? Also suggest what kind of precautions we should take for safe pregnancy?

Your developing baby is protected by the amniotic fluid in your uterus, as well as the strong muscles of the uterus itself. Sexual activity won't affect your baby...so it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy....

My period dates is 16 th but yesterday little bit bleeding happened I have hypothyroid and taking medicine thyroxine ...
Hello - I think there is no such tension/worry. This some times happens those have thyroid disorders, stress, eventual. So better you can go up a diet to control hypothyroid, vitamin deficiency. Do not eat beans, soya products, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, mastard oils, too much whole grians (gluten), no coffe, take more iodin rich foods, selenium richfoods like sea foods, salty fish, little more salt (not too high), aswagandha roots are helpful. Vitamin d you can get from some dairy foods like curd, skim milk, iron get from green vegetables, like capcicum beet, carrots, potatoes, few greens, egg white etc.

Laparoscopy is a better way as per patient comfort and recovery. Hwever, a large fibroid may need open Hysterectomy only

It is not normal to have periods for such long time otherwise you will become anaemic. Consult a gynaecologist. She will advise you certain blood tests and an ultrasound may also be required.

Why Gynaecologic Laparoscopy Makes Women Smile While in Pain

M.R.C.O.G. (LONDON) Gold Medalist, MD - Obstetrics & Gynaecology , MBBS

Why Gynaecologic Laparoscopy Makes Women Smile While in Pain

Why is Gynaecologic Laparoscopy so Revolutionary?

Designed to enable a surgeon to look into a woman’s pelvic or abdominal area for diagnosis or treatment, gynaecologic laparoscopy is fast gaining popularity as a minimally invasive procedure for a host of female reproductive health problems. This surgery is also commonly known as keyhole surgery.

In recent times, this form of surgery has begun to replace the conventional open surgery, as the latter poses disadvantages like greater blood loss or infection.

Depending on the purpose of the surgery, Gynaecologic Laparoscopy involves the making of one or more very small incisions (about 5mm in length) in the area that must be treated. One of the incision(or cut)s is used by the surgeon to insert a laparoscope (a lighted telescope) into your abdomen for seeing the insides of your cavity. Many surgical procedures, which were performed by making large abdominal incisions, are now being done using laparoscopy.

What are problems this surgical procedure is beneficial for?

The various health problems that it can be used to diagnose, treat or both are:

  1. Endometriosis (a condition that is characterised by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus)
  2. Ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy wherein the foetus develops in the fallopian tube instead of the womb)
  3. Sterilisation (blocking of your fallopian tubes through surgery to prevent future pregnancy)
  4. Ovarian cysts (fluid-filled sacs that develop on the surface or inside an ovary)
  5. Removal of womb, also known as hysterectomy
  6. Removal of ovaries
  7. Fibroids (non-cancerous growths within or on the surface of the uterus)
  8. Gynaecologic cancers such as ovarian cancer, uterine cancer and so on
  9. Infertility
  10. Pelvic pain

What are the benefits you can expect from gynaecologic laparoscopy as opposed to open surgery?

  1. It is no more required to make large abdominal cuts that are required in traditional surgery, thereby reducing your recovery time
  2. You suffer from less pain and scarring as the incisions made are much smaller
  3. A faster return to your normal routine, usually within a few weeks
  4. Serious complications arising from this form of surgery are very rare

You should get a basic set of investigations if you are having unprotected sexual intercourse since one year. Your age is 27 and if married for more than 1 year, a set of basic tests is no harm done.

Hi my friend love to do oral sex with his wife. He told me the story of her sex with her wife. I want to do same. So my question is licking my wife ass or vagina is fine or not. As I searched the videos it's sows normal. Can I try with my wife as well.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Faridabad
There is no harm in sucking female vagina but before sucking ask your partner to wash that area with some soap and water so that the bacteria and germs get removed. As far as sweat and urine is concern I will advice you not to suck them as they are purely body waste and they don't have any thing that's healthy.

No female can get pregnant without having sexual intercourse with a fertile male. So your friend is not pregnant. She is having secondary amenorrhea and needs to be investigated for the cause of this. I am suggesting a medicine Puls.30/twice daily/7days. Take this homoeopathic medicine and revert back if the periods does not return.
