take a tab paracetamol or calpol as and when required. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. Zbut do not take these tabs for longer duration at a time .

You should have proper sleep hygiene. Sleep at same time daily. No coffee or tea after 3 pm set the room temp at 70 degrees farenheit take a bath 2 hrs before sleep with epsom salt use diffuser with lavender essential oils in bed room lack of proper sleep is the trigger factor for chronic lifestyle diseases.

Hello, Its difficult to give any diagnosis unless the blood screening is not done.,if the symptoms persists. In a meantime have enough liquids (specially warm). Take sufficient rest.

Physiotherapy is an effective way to reduce various kinds of body pains. Physiotherapy includes massages, exercises, and heat treatments to relieve pain. This treatment is often recommended as the first option to treat back and neck pain. Physiotherapy is also used to rehabilitate patients after surgery. Different kinds of exercises included in this treatment are also useful to treat sports injuries. Here are some steps that you can take to relieve your body pain incorporating physiotherapy.

  • Get appropriate help - It is important to properly diagnose your condition before going for physical therapy. Seek help from a professional and if he/she recommends physiotherapy then only opt for the treatment.
  • Reduce your severe pain before exercising - If you are in immense pain, work to alleviate the pain before engaging in exercises. Cold/ hot therapy, massage, manual manipulation are some of the methods that can slowly reduce the pain. These are all part of physical therapy.
  • Exercise - Exercising has numerous health benefits including relieving back pain. As you age, your back tends to get weaker; it is important to workout to prevent future backaches. Stretching, strengthening and low- impact aerobics are ideal for this issue.
  • You can also try water therapy as water has a therapeutic effect on pain and makes your movements much easier than on land.
  • Observe your body's reaction to physical therapy - When you have just had a back or neck pain episode and try physical therapy you will feel some initial discomfort, it is expected. After you acclimatize yourself with the routine all kinds of pain will gradually diminish. The initial pain due to physiotherapy is caused because your muscles are stiff and they are being stretched the way they are not used to. However if the pain gradually increases you are probably not right for that particular kind of physical therapy.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

I am 20 year old. Play football daily. Few weeks back I have pain in my joints of my legs to the stomach part. Whenever I stretch my body I feel extreme pain. Even when running I cant run faster as before I can. Due to this pain I play 2 days in a weak. But still having that pain while running and stretching. I want to know what should I do.

Have you ever felt pain in your great toe or may be ankle/foot/knee/heel/wrist/elbow which was intially in one joint and over the time involved other joints too. Then you might be having increased uric acid levels. Diet is important in such patients. Consume food less in purine content like cornflakes, white bread, pasta, flour, milk and its products, eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, green veggies and fruit juices. Strict no to all high purine foods like meats, seafood, beas, peas, lentils, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, beer and other alcoholic beverages.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Hello, first of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection wth its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health. Good day.
