I am 33 years old female married. I got to know that there is swelling on my tube. Doctor says it's like TB. Homeopathic doctor says it's due to my past life depression as I have gone through bad days. It is affecting my whole body. What might be the problem? What should I do?

DGO, MBBS
Sexologist,
If tb is suspected in uterine tubes then you should do pcr test of your menstrual blood to confirm it, if tb is found then you need to treat it.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

It is difficult to predict chances of pregnancy without knowing the date of last periods. However, pregnancy cannot occur just with foreplay, it needs penetration and ejaculation of semen within female vagina. The delay in periods may be due to sm hormonal problem.

After delivery, my private part has been stretched enough. Please give me any solution.
Your private parts are stretched after delivery. I advise you to do kegel exercises daily. You can learn these from internet. This will strength your pelvic floor muscles and tighten your vagina.

Can I use olive oil or coconut oil to reduce the pain in vagina on the time of penetration?

Dear user. I can understand. Either of the il can be used. The lubrication is always applied on the penis. But before that you should make sure that there is enough foreplay to produce more internal lubrication inside the vagina which will help smooth penetration. I also suggest sex counseling. Take care.

Hi, if your periods comes regularly, no need to worry about it. Some times periods will get missed by external factors like stress, strain, sleeplessness, whether change, infections etc. So watch out next cycles. If you felt anything wrong, then consult a doctor.
