1. SugarConsidered as a home remedy, sugar is known for its exfoliating effects. Its coarse texture can help get rid of dead skin and minimize the unsightly appearance of these lines on your thighs, stomach, and arms. To use this natural exfoliant, take a heaping tablespoon of sugar and place it in a small bowl. Then, add in a few drops of lemon juice with some almond oil. Combine the juice with sugar and stir thoroughly. When your homemade exfoliant is ready, just rub it for a few minutes on the affected area of your skin. Afterwards, rinse the mixture off with warm water and pat dry. Make it a habit to scrub your skin with sugar and lemon juice mixture for a month until you discover positive results on your skin. 2. Aloe VeraKnown for years as a natural remedy for skin issues, aloe vera is also effective when it comes to minimizing the appearance of stretch marks. With its cooling and healing components, you can achieve positive results from using this herbal remedy regularly. Just get few small aloe vera leafs, and use this to rub on your skin for a few minutes. Next, rinse the area off with lukewarm water. Another option in using aloe vera is by taking the gel form of this plant. Then, get 5 capsules of vitamin A and vitamin E, and extract their oil. Combine these vitamin-enriched oil with your aloe vera and rub on the affected area well. Wait for the mixture to be absorbed completely by your skin, and leave on for about 10 minutes. You should also apply this daily for favorable results.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: • Red Peppers • Oranges • Grapefruits • Strawberries • Broccoli • Carrots • Mango • Apricots • Sweet Potato • Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. Or, if you are needing a preventative treatment against aging…these habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

Hello dear ! mild fatty liver is common in people with non veg habits n alcoholics.Ensure u have normal liver function tests.If u have normal lft then try to reduce oil,carbohydrate,alcohol if ethanolic.This will reduce most of ur complaints.N if ur lft is deranged then need to treat accordingly.

4 Tips to Help You Age Gracefully

As children, we all look forward to growing up, but once we reach in our 40s or 50s, we don't want to grow any older. Most of us fear the disabilities and diseases, ageing brings along. The biggest cause of anxiety is the change in the looks with skin losing its texture and elasticity. Read on to know some common techniques, when practiced during the early years can help in ageing gracefully, both by accepting the changes that come with ageing and by reducing the effect that ageing can have on the skin.

  1. Watch what you eat: As the saying goes, you are what you eat. So, whether you eat junk or healthy, your body will reflect accordingly. If you continue to give your body the required amount of vitamins and minerals, the effects will show on your skin. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, which will provide your body the required nutrients and antioxidants. Nutrition also includes a good amount of hydration, about 2 to 3 liters of water per day. It also helps flush out toxins that lead to accelerated ageing and induce stress.
  2. Exercise: While exercise might make some people tired, it need not be the case for everyone. A moderate, regular routine of work out for 20 to 30 minutes in form of walking, cycling or swimming, will have significant benefits on the heart. The exercise routine will also aid in weight management, bone strengthening, prevent constipation, improve blood flow to the vital organs and alert functioning. Get your daily dose of sleep: A daily recommended 7 to 8 hours of sleep can do wonders not just to your body, but also to your skin.
  3. Skin Care: Dark spots, wrinkles and dryness are common with ageing and these can be managed by reducing the exposure of skin to sun. Using a good sunscreen, wearing sunglasses or a wide-brimmed hat will provide protection from the harmful UV rays. The idea is not to avoid sun completely; little sun exposure is essential to get the required dose of vitamin D, but overexposure can lead to various skin problems. Also develop a skin care regimen including moisturizer, anti-ageing products, scrubbing, under-eye care and use of lip balm that would best work for your skin type.
  4. Lifestyles changes: Drinking alcohol and smoking may seem the right thing to do in your 20s and 30s, but the effects they have on your body are not right. Following a negligent lifestyle, can lead to conditions like cancer and heart disease in early years and can be worsened by smoking and excessive alcohol. Quitting smoking and moderate use of alcohol can help manage these conditions better and in some cases, even prevent them completely.

U can wash ur face with ahaglow face wash.u can use dermadew glow cream twice daily over face.Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,green tea and pomegranate,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.Have plenty of fruits especially colored ones, blue and purple fruits like grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, egg plants, strawberries, cranberries are rich in anthocyanin phytonutrients which is a potent antioxidant which repairs collagen and smoothes the skin.

There is nothing quick and easy for a natural healing. The dull ness and darkness takes time to show on the face after a lot of exposure to sun, to pollution, bad eating habits etc. So does reversing it. -you should start eating healthy, take vitamin c in your diet. -cleansing-toning-moisturising before sleep. -de-tan your skin with gram flour, turmeric and yogurt paste. -apply sun screen whenever outdoors. -cover your skin with cotton cloth when outdoors, -go for regular face clean ups.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Stop to use it. Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Dear lybrate user do not use any facewash or creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead also oily skin is just not an external symptom it is related to excess sebum and needs internal medicinal treatment for cure and so is acne too, it is. Just not a superficial problem but has deep seated causes and can be cured permanently by constititional treatment.

White heads wll be due to oilyness/excessive secretion of sebum from glands. In this case, its better to apply any face packs like mltani mitti+rose water, taking steaming, scrubb, frequent washing your face to clean up the excessive oilyness over face, aply mint leaves paste+ lemon juice drops over face & keep for 20 min& wash it off with normal water.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

We live in a society where fair skin is considered a valued trait of beauty. Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap

It may be a condition called as pitryriasis versicolor. You can try terbi 1% cream night application for 3 weeks. If no improvement consult a skin specialist.
