Hi lybrate-user having unprotected sex at any time of period may lead to unwanted pregnancy. When your partner misses her period, get a pregnancy test done at home after a week of missing period and proceed accordingly.

Multiple Orgasms - 4 Tips That Might Help

Multiple Orgasms - 4 Tips That Might Help

Once is good, twice is better, multiple times , oh is even better. You must have heard about the desire to reach the pinnacle of pleasure multiple times. According to Rachel Carlton Abrams, the co-author of the book named 'The Multi Orgasmic Woman', an average woman is inherently able to climax multiple times. Reaching the climax more than once is not something you should be shy about.

Here are a few tips which can help you reach the climax multiple times:

  1. Do not be prepared for only one: Never ever be just single-minded. If you prepare yourself for only one orgasm, chances are high that you will not be able to have another after that. If your expectations are limited, then the possibility of you limiting your body to only one orgasm is high. Do not switch of your body mentally or sexually after reaching one climax. You have to be open-minded and be expectant towards being aroused again. If you have the right attitude, then that's the first step towards multiple orgasms.
  2. Foreplay is necessary: The second key to having multiple climaxes depends on how much time you devote to foreplay. Foreplay is extremely necessary as that will enable both you and your partner to attune your bodies for another climax. You might even reach your climax while your partner is still at the foreplay. Also make sure that you and your partner work towards your second orgasms slowly. Do not hurry too much as that might just mess up the entire experience.
  3. Exercise regularly: Kegel exercises are usually done to keep the pelvic region fit. If you want to experience multiple orgasms, make sure that you keep your pelvic region fit and fine. Flex your uterine muscles to tighten them; after holding it for some time, loosen them. Do this routine a couple of times. If you combine it with the pelvic connecting crunch, then you will be able to get the maximum out of your next orgasm.
  4. Take small gaps: It is usually better to keep a small time gap after you have reached one orgasm. It helps to calm you down and your partner sexually. After reaching the climax once, both you and your partner are going to be extremely sensitive to go for another round immediately. Hence if you both take a short break before working up to another climax, it will help you reach the peak.

So, if you still thought that reaching climax multiple times was something very difficult, well now you know it isn't. Try the above methods out and you will get to know why. Consult an Expert & get answers to your questions!

There is no such thing that you must have sex just because the others have had sex already. You are under peer pressure to do the forbidden thing. You are fine remaining a virgin until your marriage and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. When you do have sex it must be with someone with whom you have a relationship to truly enjoy it. Wait patiently and the right fellow will turn up and you will really enjoy it in that kind of circumstance.

Dear lybrate-user, If the condom has not broken and if your vagina has not got in bare contact with your boy friends penis, there is no likelyhood of pregnancy. Taking an I pill will ensure double protection. So donot panic. If you are in regular sexual relationship, suggest using oral contraceptive pills for protection. Hope this helps. Good luck:):)

Important Facts to Know About Ovulation: An egg (ovum) lives 12-24 hours after leaving the ovary Normally only one egg is released each time of ovulation Ovulation can be affected by stress, illness or disruption of normal routines Some women may experience some light blood spotting during ovulation Implantation of a fertilized egg normally takes place 6-12 days after ovulation Each women is born with millions of immature eggs that are awaiting ovulation to begin A menstrual period can occur even if ovulation has not occurred Ovulation can occur even if a menstrual period has not occurred Some women can feel a bit of pain or aching, near the ovaries during ovulation. This is called "mittleschmerz" If an egg is not fertilized, it disintegrates and is absorbed into the uterine lining Sperm can live in a woman's body up to 5 days after intercourse, though more often 2 days. Pregnancy is most likely if intercourse occurs anywhere from 3 days before ovulation until 2-3 days after ovulation.

Hemorrhage: A Complete Guide

MS - General Surgery, MBBS
General Surgeon, Delhi
Hemorrhage: A Complete Guide

In simple language, Hemorrhage is when the blood escapes from veins or blood vessels. This escape may happen because of various reasons like, for example, injury, low platelet count, threatened abortion, piles (Hemorrhoids), cancer, surgery, liver disease, brain trauma, acute bronchitis, menstrual problem and so on.

Types of Hemorrhage:

As a matter of fact, Hemorrhage is grouped into several categories. Hemorrhage can occur post surgery, and such a Hemorrhage is called as postoperative Hemorrhage. Similarly, for various reasons Hemorrhage can occur from the artery (Arterial Hemorrhage), vein (Venous Hemorrhage) or capillary (Capillary Hemorrhage). If Hemorrhage happens because of an injury, it is called primary Hemorrhage.

Other types of Hemorrhage are delayed bleeding post injury (Reactionary Hemorrhage), bleeding following childbirth (Postpartum Hemorrhage), delay in bleeding following Sepsis popularly called as septic (Secondary Hemorrhage), bleeding from urine (Haematuria), bleeding while coughing (Hemoptysis) and bleeding caused in the stomach (Hematemesis).

Further, Hemorrhage can be broadly classified into two namely internal and external:

  1. It would be needless to mention that excessive bleeding may lead to several complications. It can result in organ failure and there are instances that excessive bleeding can be fatal. On the other hand, blood loss can be external or visible Hemorrhage like those caused during an injury. There are also instances of blood loss occurring internally in which case the patient may notice blood either in the urine or stools, vagina or while coughing or through the nostrils or even from the mouth. In such cases, the patient should be rushed to a doctor who after careful examination, and tests would be able to identify the causes of the internal bleeding.
  2. In case of external bleeding or external Hemorrhage like those caused due to an injury, you may provide the necessary first aid. When the bleeding is noticed, do not get alarmed and also try to keep the patient calm. Hemorrhage caused due to external injury would normally stop within one or two minutes. However, if the bleeding persists even after two or three minutes, such cases would require medical attention, and therefore, you should rush the patient to the doctor at the earliest.

Remedies

There are several remedies to tackle the problem of Hemorrhage. Some of the normal procedures followed are IV fluid, oxygen, administering medicines like vitamin B12 and so on. In complicated cases, the physician may suggest bone marrow surgical procedure, Endogenous EPO or such other procedures. If Hemorrhage is left unattended, it can result in several complications. Therefore, you should rush the patient to the physician urgently. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Surgeon.

No chance of pregnancy if he did not penetrate and I believe her panty did not get wet fully. Apart from this pregnancy depends on many other things like periods date and sex date etc. Consult for complete education on hw pregnancy happens nd hw to avoid it naturally.
