  • Ginger (Zingiber Officinale): An herb with varied medicinal properties, ginger has a multitude of health benefits. It promotes weight loss by lowering cholesterol and reducing fat accumulation.  It also regulates metabolism of cholesterol and oxidation of fatty acids.

  • Kalonji (Glycyrrhiza Glabra): During clinical trials, the seed extract of Kalonji has been shown to improve body mass index and lead to better waist-hip ratios.

  • Myrhh (Commiphora Resin): The bark of the flowering Mukul Myrhh tree produces a sticky, yellowish resin that has been identified to be a steroid compound. It is harvested in winters and considered to act on all 3 doshas and provide an equilibrium in the body. Commonly known as guggul, it translates to "one that protects against disease." That in a way sums up its medicinal properties. In obese people, it helps by lowering blood cholesterol and triglycerides and is considered a very powerful fat burner.

It is proven that Ayurveda is a safe method to help you lose weight.  Also, please note that each of these above products will have benefits in other medical conditions and not used only in obesity cases.  In addition to the above specific products, there should be a combination of healthy eating and exercise, which primarily drives weight loss. Balancing eating and sleeping to homogenise the three doshas in the body is also very important for effective weight loss. Increasing water intake, reducing alcohol intake, planning protein-carb ratio, and customized exercise routine are are aspects to be considered.

Hello, You are required to start taking the tablet at least three days before your period is due and to continue taking it for the duration that you would like to delay your period. It is recommended that Norethisterone 5mg tablets should be taken to delay your period for a maximum of 17 days. It is perfectly safe to delay your period for this amount of time. After you stop taking the tablets, your period is likely to start after two or three days, however the time scale may be different for every individual. This dose of Norethisterone is not recommended for prolonged use, as it can cause side-effects and affect your hormone balance.

Just see her trimester pregnancy. And she should use some contraception to prevent pregnancy. After aborting only patients get next month only pregnancy again.

The process of cheese making is an age old practice dating back to ancient times and is practiced all over the world. As a dairy product, produced in a manner akin to that of yogurt production, cheese can be made in numerous ways, depending on how the curdling milk coagulates and on the nature of decomposition of the solid particles like proteins and fats, and the liquid particles. This should not be the case and usually leads to weight gain after baby is delivered. You only need to increase your intake of iron, calcium, folic acid and essential vitamins. Avoid spicy and deep fried food. 2. Pregnancy is not the time for dieting as the pregnant mother and the baby may not get enough nutrients. 3. Emphasis should not be on over-feeding, but on having nutritious food. A normal woman needs about 1600-2200 calories a day and experts recommend not more than 300 calories extra for pregnant women.---------------- 1. Proteins---: especially essential during 3rd trimester (7th to 9th months of pregnancy). For growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi)---- 2. Every lump is not cancer but it is always better to be alert, go for ultrasound of breast. It could be a harmless lump or could be due to hormonal changes.

By and large there is hardly any chance of pregnancy if you had sex on the 2nd day of periods unless your menses become suddenly irregular, which is rare. I would like to suggest that it would be better if you and your partner learn about quality sexuality relationship including normal physiology of sex organs. This will definitely improve quality of your life and this you can do with an expert sexologist. Think about it, all the best.

Get a diagnosis before anything else. It is really important to know what is causing your pain. See a doctor before you start doing any exercises or taking any medication. There are many reasons your hip could be in pain, including arthritis, bursitis, or an injury you've got while playing a sport. Always ask your doctor what you should and should not be doing, given the cause of your hip pain.

1. Ice your joints: holding ice to your hips will reduce inflammation of your joints. You should hold an ice pack to the affected area for 15 minutes several times a day. If you find that the ice pack is uncomfortably cold, wrap it in a towel and then place it on the pained area.

2. Heat your joints if you have arthritis in your hips: heating your joints can soothe the pain you feel. Consider taking a hot bath or shower, or soak in a hot tub if there is one available to you. You could also consider purchasing a hot pad that you can place directly on your hip. Do not use heat to soothe your joints if you have bursitis. Heat can cause hips affected by bursitis to actually become more inflamed.

3. Get some rest: if you have injured your hip, the best thing you can do is to simply give your hip time to heal. Avoid anything that causes you to feel pain in your hip. Instead, grab an ice pack, a bowl of popcorn and watch some movies. You should give your hip a rest for at least 24 to 48 hours.

4. Avoid high-impact activities: if you are in severe pain, chances are you won't feel like running or jumping anyway, but it is good to keep in mind that these activities should be avoided. High-impact activities will cause your joints to become more inflamed, thus causing your more pain. Instead of running, try taking a brisk walk, as walking has much less of an impact on your joints.

5. Consider losing weight: the more your body weighs, the more weight your painful hip is burdened with supporting. Losing weight can help ease hip pain simply by removing some of that weight that stresses the cartilage and joints.

6. Choose the right shoes: you should buy shoes that give you as much support as possible. Look for shoes that have great cushions, or have removable insoles so that you can add orthopaedics. The sole should have good shock absorption, should limit pronation (turning or rotating the foot) and will evenly distribute pressure along the length of your foot.
