Acc to to your height your weight is low so I hope you are asking about weight also. First of all you should follow some basic thing to improve health 1. When you are thinking about gain weight you should eat vitamin and protein reach diet 2. Avoid to eat in excess amount, eat limited only 3. In the morning empty stomach have 2 dates with 1 cup of milk 4. Have fruit like musk melon, banana, chiku, custurd apple, pomegranate any one of them after 5. Do exercise weekly three time only. 6. Avoid to late sleep 7. Have amal juice 4 table spoon + honey 2 tsp+ crystal sugar 2 tsp at evening due to this your hunger and digestion get improve well 8. Have more lunch than dinner 9. Have your dinner 3 hr before sleep by following above thing you will be healthy.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and update. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on black spots with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Scar removal cream will not help in getting Rid of pimples n improving marks. U need to follow proper skin care regime n apply cream . Kindly send picture of face , so that I can suggest u cream n other things depending on ur skin type

Please do a x-ray of the lumbo-sacral first. I think it is a sciatica-pain. Please start with rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 7 days and get back to me.

You can remove your spectacles by undergoing lasik laser surgery (after the age of 18 years and once the number has stabilised) after undergoing prelasik checkup. Contact lenses are also one nonsurgical option, visit your nearest eye specialist.

I am not able to concentrate on my education. When I sit for studying, I have started thinking on other matters. What should I do for better concentration?

Your distracted mind is playing havoc: there is a reason for that though.I firmly suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Premature ejaculation is involuntary discharge of semen during lovemaking without satisfying his partner or before the person’s desire whereas nightfall is also an involuntary discharge of semen but which occurs during the sleep. Both of these conditions are normal if happen within healthy limits but if they become frequent can be debilitating for one’s self esteem and health. If you r taking muscle relaxant ya painkillers and pain is only muscular then tk physiotherapy treatment swd ultrasound therapy for few days avoid lifting heavyweight and computer work if there is no any injury it will help you.

Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and take cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days
