Do not stay up late in the night. Drink lots of water. Sleep peacefully. Apply milk cream under the eyes at night. Keep it face clean and moisturized.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp from last 3 years. Still yet it is not cured I have consulted many dermatologist, till the medicine course is there every thing is fine but again it starts I am also suffering from hair fall and itching due to this. Please suggest me some remedy to this because I have used many shampoos and lotions every thing has only prevented dermatitis but not cured.

Dear Lybrate user, first of all avoid excess oiling on scalp. Make a paste by tulsi leaves and amla powder mixed with water. Massage this paste on the scalp and let it remain for half to one hour. Wash the hair with water. Use KHADIRARISHT 20 ml+ 20 ml water after meal 2 times a day for 1 month. For proper prescription please consult personally.

Last periods was on Dec 26 2015 after that She had a intercourse on Jan 13th without condom. In January no periods on Feb 4 she checked UPT it was positive and took a tablet mtp. Menses can get delayed after medical abortion by 2 weeks. But as total 7 weeks since last menses you should get urine tested if pregnancy is a possibility in this month. If negative then you should get ultrasound also to be 100% sure that nothing is retained inside after the mtp.

Please rest also along with your studies. Take lots of fluids, keep your self hydrated and relaxed. I know it's tough during exam time. Eat light balanced food. Don't take too much caffeine. Have chamomile tea if you like the taste. 8 hours is important for the body to rest, but try to take a nap whenever possible.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. During pain you should not sit on the floor. Avoid it. If you have spinal problem then go for x-ray of spine and share report. Rising from bed or before sitting on chair you should give the support to your knees by hand. Before sitting or rising do dry massage of your knee for one minute. You may also take rhus tox homeo medicine in 30 potency thrice a day three drops in water for two days.

Use jaborandi + arnica+china+cantharis hair oil. Available in homeopathic shops, & take shamppoing also with the same contents. Internally take r-89drops or bioforce's no: 4. Daily 15-20 drops in 1/4 th cup of luke warm water, will help you better. Take weisbadan 200 pills weekly twice[each dose should contain minimu 5-6 pills]for 2-3 months & let me know for further follow up.

No, if your diet is good it will not. Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Wrinkles are due to aging and sun exposure.they need a wide variety of treatment.Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors.Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.she Vil also need interventions like Botox,threads etc for complete response.

Hello. We can minimize the pain during menses with diet and medicines (which are safe to take).. Diet: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. Caffeine is another no-no. Drinking lots of coffee or pop during your period can increase higher levels of tension and anxiety. - Avoid anything that can damage your liver should be off the list. So, avoid alcohol. - Red meat, Smart says, is also know to cause stomach upsets and cramps. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses. And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - thrice daily for 1 month. Revert me back.

Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

Hello sometimes our life circumstances are like that we do feel low or depressed. Try to reflect upon it and find out the reasons for it. For this you can make use of diary. Every time you feel low, try to write about the situation making you low and associated thoughts and feelings with it. If you practice this in your life then you will be able to find the root cause for these feelings. Also it will help you to find the triggering point for these thoughts and feelings and as soon as these negativity starts come in you can distract yourself by engaging into a positive task like any hobby, listening to good music. You can also try to modify your daily schedule. Try to go for walk in the morning or gym. Bring yoga and meditation in your life. Develop a new hobby which will bring happiness. Boil 1 tablepoon rose petal in 1 cup of water for 2 minutes, let it cool. Add 1/2 teaspoon of rock candy(Mishri) to it and drink twice a day to uplift your mood. and donot suppress ur feeling. Be expressive. Take one teaspoon of asparagus powder with half a teaspoon of honey twice a day along with warm milk, Take one teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with a spoon of pure ghee. Follow up after 1week. Do pranayam and join yoga classes early morning.
