Hye. During the first one to two hours after your workout, you should eat a meal rich in carbohydrates and protein. The carbohydrates will help replenish your energy, and the protein will help rebuild muscle that has been broken down during your workout, especially if you are doing resistance training. Examples of post-workout meals include chicken with rice and cooked vegetables or an egg sandwich on whole-grain bread or roti with light chutney and vegetables. Immediately within 15 minutes of workout you can whip up a fruit milk shake to refuel your body. It is important to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration while working out. If you are exercising for more than an hour at a time, lime juice may be a good idea to replace electrolytes lost during sweating. Glucon d is only sugar which is not ideal. You need to replenish electrolytes.

The Best Procedure for Doing Away With Under Eye Hollows

The Best Procedure for Doing Away With Under Eye Hollows

Stress and fatigue as well as hormonal issues and genetically inherited conditions may leave a mark on our faces, and the eyes in particular. We talk about getting under-eye puffiness, yet we fail to notice that some of us also experience the ill effects of another issue: eyes that look hollow. This issue is particularly evident on more thin faces. As a general rule, ladies who experience them say that they look tired even when they aren't. For some ladies, they start seeing hollows in the under eye area in their mid-30s. As they grow older, the procedure accelerates and gives them a tired and old appearance.

Causes: So what causes a hollow to happen? The fat cushions that line the drop and start to leave the area with an empty look. This creates a less than flattering look which also looks dark and unsightly. Some of the fixes for this problem are as follows:

Filler Fix: Hyaluronic corrosive is successful in filling the affected areas under the eyes, when the tissue is injected with it. The best choice is hyaluronic corrosive filler, for example, Restylane or Juvéderm Voluma, in combination with the surface medicines for the skin.

Lasting Fix: A lower eyelift or blepharoplasty surgery can expel any free skin under the eyes that gives a hollow look. The fat can be repositioned or added to smooth out depressed skin.

Product Fix: Applying cucumber cuts and items with vitamin C can also help. It can diminish the dark circles that occasionally come with eye hollows. If you find that you have dark circles as well, a solution of hydroquinone can help up under-eye shadows.

Utilize an eye cream with hyaluronic corrosive as one of the fixings.

Use hyaluronic corrosive alone on the influenced region, being exceptionally cautious not to get it in your eyes.

Some of the natural strategies are:

  1. Rest: This is the genuine, essential and a viable home solution for hollow eyes. As said before, a depressed eye usually calls for more rest.
  2. Almond Oil: Apply almond oil under the eyes a few times each day. Almond oil is rich in Vitamin E, a sustaining vitamin for glowing skin.
  3. Raw Potato Juice: Raw potatoes are equally important to heal sore eyes and dark circles. Cut the potatoes and lay it on the affected spot for around 20 minutes.
  4. Utilized tea packs: With rich cell reinforcements, utilizing tea packs advances blood flow. The sore and darker skin gets renewed.
  5. Cucumber: Any eye based solution without cucumber is incomplete. Get some rest by setting cut cucumber on eyes and wake up with new, restored and sparkling eyes.

You are definitely under stress. The headache is an indication that something is troubling you, and it may concern anger. If this anger is not expressed it can disturb you physically and affect your concentration. Find out what this anger is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Mr. Lybrate-user, before I can talk about your diet and daily work out, it appears your blood sugar is totally out of control. If that is not controlled then diet and exercise are not going to help. First is drug treatment has to be improved, so tha fasting is around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. Then only rest of the things to be looked at. So please see that your sugar levels are brought under control. Otherwise you are inviting long term complications of diabetes.

Mr. Lybrate-user, fasting above 126 mg is diagnostic of diabetes. Similarly after food >200 mg. Your pp level is less than 200 mg. So better get hba1c% checked, if that is above 6.5%, then diabetes confirmed. If diabetes is confirmed, then there is no other option than taking appropriate anti diabetes medicine, to control blood sugar level. Unfortunately there are no home remedies or other treatments available to treat diabetes. Lifestyle changes will also be needed. You will have to stop taking sweets, avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items like white bread, no sweetened aerated drinks, avoid fructose corn syrup containing products, highly processed food products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits. Avoid alcohol and smoking totally. T2 diabetes does have familial spread, but can come without that too. Over weight and inactivity and junk food are main contributors. Thanks.
