Thanks for the query. At this age having high blood pressure needs to be taken seriously. It's good that you have started to think of taking care of your health. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.

The best foods to replenish electrolytes

Get to know the foods - and electrolytes - that will keep us healthy and boost our performance.

Dehydration:

Dehydration occurs when our body loses more fluid than you take in. When the normal water content of our body is reduced, it upsets the balance of minerals (salts and sugar) in our body, which affects the way it functions. Water makes up over two-thirds of the healthy human body. It lubricates the joints and eyes, aids digestion, flushes out waste and toxins, and keeps the skin healthy.

Some of the early warning signs of dehydration include:

A baby may be dehydrated if they:

Sodium chloride:-

Its a behavioral problem seen in few children, console him. Ofcourse it can be due to infection, get him thoroughly investigate for urine and ultrasound kub (kidney ureter and bladder) some times a urinary stone can also cause it. Otherwise don't worry much.

This medication is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent, prescribed for partial seizures; management of postherpetic neuralgia (nerve pain caused by the varicella zoster virus); management of fibromyalgia (a condition where the patient has muscle and connective tissue pain). If you are weak in studies it may be lack of concentration or personal disturbances. Medicine may not help much. Still some safe mind booster (as they claim) can be tried. Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Best example is rich people take nuts, dry fruits, diet as advised by dietitian, in other case look at labour class people, you know what they eat and they can work 24 hrs. But a person on other hand so called good diet unable to work like them, so eat when you feel hungry and drink whenever you thirsty, sleep whenever you feel sleepy and be happy. This is the formula of good health, never over eat or without hunger.
