Hair loss and dandruff/hair whitening can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Make sure you take thyroid medicine properly and control thyroid level. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hello. The symptoms are related to hormonal imbalance commonly hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism. Anemia may be a cause for lethargy. Stress related stomach ulcers and gastritis causes indigestion. Avoid spicy oily and outside food. Avoid heavy meals during dinner sleep properly on time and wake up fresh in morning. It reduces stress. Get a complete hemogram, thyroid test done. Hello, Lybrate user, It's your 9 th month of pregnancy, almost,movement of baby should once in a day or more. You can not feel pain in umbilical cord & uterus, rather than pain in neval region may occure. You might be suffering from gastric disorder, too which is very much common in pregnancy. Please, go for a NST test. Maintain intake of proteine, calcium,Iron till the delivery of the baby as per instruction of your gynae, of,course. B stress free with regards to your delivery. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body & to condition the amniotic - fluid, properly. Tk your diet, easily digestible, on small intervals. Tk homoeo medicine, if you so require: @ Rhus tox 200-6 pills, dly morng. Avoid, junk food, pizza,burger, cookies. Always be in touch of your gynae wish you a normal delivery of a healthy baby. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Widal test 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken consult me again with reports

To lessen the degree of pain or soreness in the mouth during the orthodontic treatment, you can gargle with 8 ounces of lukewarm water with one teaspoonful of salt dissolved in it. Swish it around your mouth and then spit it out. It will dull the pain and provide relief.

HI…A) apply mixture of honey and fresh juice of BASIL LEAVES on face, two times in a day B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals C) take 30 ml juice of BASIL LEAVES and LEMON along with 10 ml of HONEY and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days It gives you good result. THANKS.

When one is on dope, one flies off to an internal fanciful world to avoid stressful situation (but reduces the coping up mechanism) there is only psychological dependence, no physical dependence of weed. Since you have just left, the flying off is halted, so the real world looks little intimidating, but is temporary phase, it will wane soon. Try doing some physical activity and focus and enjoy on the increased awareness/alertness and higher physical energies.

Hi during pregnancy stomach muscles becm weak due to overstrch and spine curvature also change. To prevent pain you hav to strngthn your lower back and abodmnal muscles. Strch your hams. Take cold compression on back. If pain still persist consult physio. Thx.

Migraine is usually an episodic headache lasting from 30-45 minutes to all day long, pulsatile in nature, severe, one sided usually, common in females, associated with nausea and vomiting and resolved at times with rest and medications. It can start due to decreased or inadequate sleep, overexposure to sun etc. Since you have headaches since 5 days and if it has started due to decreased sleep, it could be due to migraine.

As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Add a pinch of saffron 8. Mix well 9. Drink this every morning it will surely help you Your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic treatment.
