Sir, If pain is not reducing, in fact increasing then quit gym for a while. Give your body rest for at least 5 days. Sometimes due to weight lifting muscles get strained. Give your body some time to recover. If pain still persists ,Consult Physiotherapist immediately. I hope I helped you. THANK YOU!

To prescribe an effective homoeopathic medicine ideally I need more details. What operation he has undergone? Where is exactly the pain in the arm. Hello, please send me your all investigation reports. This condition is called recurrent dislocation of shoulder. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid all weight bearing activities and excessive movements of your shoulder joint. 4. Rest your shoulder as much as you can. 5. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 6. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 7. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology like ACL or meniscus tear. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Hi this is not kidney problem as it is coming on lying down so it is a postural problem & is low bach pain. Kidney pain is never postural & usually more sever. Take lot of water about 2 litres. Consult a physiotherapist.
