It does not mean you have a heart disease. But since it is cardio protective (protects heart) it should be preferably more than 60. Consult physician for further advice.

Is drinking too much milk tea daily (6-7 cups) for heart patient and brain clot patient is bad?

Is drinking too much milk tea daily (6-7 cups) for heart patient and brain clot patient is bad?
this is a difficult question to answer. just follow that much of anything is bad. Try to limit your tea intake. though a large metanalysis found that there was 11% reduction in heart disease with 3 cups of tea intake. but the results were not uniform and varied with geographical area. In fact, there was higher mortality in UK and Australia with tea consumption. but, tea has antioxidants and helps us in destressing for sure.

Dear Lybrate user, Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. I need to know more about your anxiety so that I will be able to diagnose it properly and provide you tips to overcome and manage your anxiety. Take care.

she's 5 feet and 78 kgs. reducing weight and healthy eating will help her. give her lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits avoid bad fats and take a spoon of good fat like pure ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts for good fats reduce salt to bare minimum. no additional sprinkled salt on salads etc no packaged foods as salt is a preservatives take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon simple walk is good exercise yoga and meditation helps the mind positive stay away from negative emotions as depression aggravates heart conditions stress aggravates. keep busy with fruitful activities like teaching kids for few hours stay away from pollution as low levels of oxygen in blood is bad for lungs, liver and heart.

A single BP reading is not enough to diagnose high BP. Please get your BP twice more in the next couple of days, if 3 consecutive readings come out high then you will need to start with lifestyle changes like - 1) Daily exercise like brisk walking for 40 mins 2) Quit drinking and smoking 3) Eat a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables and avoiding high salty food. 4) limit your tea or coffee intake to 2-3 cups a day. 4) Get a baseline echo and cholesterol tested. Re-evaluate BP after 6-8 weeks of these lifestyle changes by consulting a cardiologist.
