I am   24 year old I have a serious problem with my liver I can't digest my food.
Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hi to gain weight you need to be consistent with the food pattern advised. Eat more milk and milk products, pulses, nuts, if nonvegetarian you can eat eggs, have 4-5 calorie rich meals well placed to avoid indigestion.

I had an accident about a month ago, and I had an internal injury in my back. I suffered with lots of pain that time. Now that pain is not so much, but if I do exertion that day my back again starts paining. I showed it to orthopedic Doctor, he said this injury will be cure but it will take time. What should I do daily for this back pain?

It must be due to poor healing in the frature sites or in the area where you had internal injury, if the healing doesn't happen completely then there is poor blood circulation and that the reason during exertion of activities the spine becomes rigid. Hot water fermentation will help and also MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable while walking as the boyd weight is distributed evenly. Lumbosacral belt is advised which will definitely improve the abdominal muscle tone and it will also reduce the back pain.

Your sleep patterns are not healthy for you. Addiction to social media is also a debilitating condition. But your desire to dominate other people is what is called the power struggle: in every situation of two or more people power struggles will go on and that it not harmful unless you take it too far. This world is a 'dog-eat-dog world' and there is a lot of competition and we must be prepared for the worst. So if you want to dominate others do it by equipping yourself well. Here are several things you can do to further that goal: study well, speak well, be physically and emotionally fit, dress well, become well-groomed, be presentable, have good habits, conduct yourself well; do a personality development course, attend good conversational skills course, join the Toastmasters Club, do a personal grooming course, practise elocution etc. You must eat well, sleep well, and do regular exercise. These may all appear unnatural to you but these are things that everybody wants to and wishes to do to get on in life. Absolutely not harm in it at all.

Hi, this may be because of weakness. To overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Hello, you are a male of 19yrs. So, you are left with only 2 yr. more to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

If your goal is to keep your body healthy and fit, then your workout should comprise of cardio, body weight exercises and weight training. 1. Before commencing your workout, do a light jog of about 2-3 kms at a decent pace. 2. Never skip the body weight exercises which are mainly push ups, pull ups and squats. 3. And weight training is very helpful to gain strength and keep your tendons and ligaments strong.

. 1. It could be due to essential tremor. The cause of the tremor is unknown. In some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. There is no definite treatment unless it is severe 2 other causes of tremor could be stress, anxiety, panic, nervousness, inadequate sleep, physical exhaustion, strong emotion, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, smoking/tobacco/alcohol abuse/withdrawl, excess tea/coffee, drugs like steroid/amphetamine, neurological disorder, 3. Investigate yourself to exclude the above causes of tremor after consulting neurologist 4. Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. Avoid excess tea/coffee/ smoking/alcohol if you have 6. Take good nourishing diet 7. Have adequate sleep. 8. Do a thyroid function test to exclude thyroid problem 9. Consult neurologist for further advice.

Lift bucket without bending in back. Bend your knees and lift it. Do not bend forward while lifting weight. It may cause disc propalse. Do back strengthening exercises.
