Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

I am just getting lower back pain often and I am just 22 and losing more weight that I can feel my weakness.

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Dear lybrate-user it is mos T probably posture related. You need break every hourly and drink plenty of fluids. Learn yoga which can improve your posture a lot. After it has gone may be join a Gym and do some aerobics. Bottom line is keeping fitness.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Which is the better calcium after bone fracture (femur fracture) for healing of bone.

Having calcium through natural diet is most beneficial. Apart from this many calcium tablets are available in market but then Vit D tablet/sachet should be taken along with it.

Sir, I have suffered anterior dislocation on my right shoulder. And it was set by my coach. But since then it starting dislocating when ever the stress is applied and I was suffering pain but not heavily. Does it have a permanent solution. For stopping it ?

I am 37yrs old, having 2childtens with c-section. 1st born on 14-2-2012, and 2nd was born on 7-6-2013. Yesterday 1st july I was having sever low back pain. I was unable to stand on my feets. Had taken inj. Diclofenac75mg 2amp since yesterday. Still having pain but not like yesterday its 30% cure. Why I have this pain? please need feed back.

How much time it takes for ankle ligament tear/overstretch with hair line fracture to heal? And is it normal to have pain even after 3 months are over? How many more months this(ankle ligament tear/overstretch pain I will suffer?

You can start all streching and strengthening exercises for your body its must be because of lack of exercises. And if it possible try to check vitamin d3 morning stiffness sometime happens both cases.

I am completing 76 years by this july. Have foot /sole burning pain. In 5 minutes of walking the feet become hot and painful and the tendons and calf muscles become stiff.

Hi Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. These symptoms are called as Paresthesias and there can be many causes for this at your age. It can be due to compression of nerves at lower spine level, it can be due to long standing diseases like Diabetes or anything which can lead to Neuropathy , also it can be vascular in nature. There are medications for neuropathic symptoms like Pregabalin or Gabapentin which can be initiated in small doses , but we have to be sure that these symptoms are not due to vascular cause as you have mentioned in your history. Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Stretching and strengthening exercises for low back and abdominal muscles will help reduce pain. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. If pain persists consult a physiotherapist specialized in back pain treatment. Good luck for quick recovery.

I am having some pain in my left knee. It might be my ligament. Which might be streched while playing. Tell me some measures so that I can keep my ligament well in shape while playing.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. In case it continues consult a acupuncture/acupressure dr. In your place. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months. Wear a knee cap when your are playing.

Am asking this for my sis. She is 22 yrs of old now, she has severe pain on her both leg muscles (from thump to knee) in every night and sometimes during day time also. We conducted a lot of checkups and even scanned her legs. But no one can identify the exact and she is suffering with the same. Please give me a high valuable answer to get rid the pain of her.

I am 25 years male. I have been suffering from lower back pain from last 3 years. I have taken medicines, physiotherapy etc. But nothing happened. Now I am fed up with this because the pain radiates in almost entire body & 24*7 I feel pain in lower back. MRI is showing a very little disc bulge of L4 & L5, which doctor says it's ignorable.

Muscles surrounding the spine on low back need to be relaxed to reduce stiffness and further need to be strengthened. Ayurveda treatments available along with specific excercises. Ensure exposure to morning sunlight to maintain good Vitamine D level. Eat healthy and drink fluid to avoid dehydration.
