To increase digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food , spicy food , excessive consumption of tea , coffee and alcohol .

Bloating of stomach is due to improper digestion, as it leads to excess accumulation of gas the abdomen feels full, and it results in hatred towards food. Diet: have sufficient quantity of hot water while having food, take the food which is easily digestible, avoid food like potato etc, avoid junk food. Have timely and hot food medication: tab lashunadi vati 1-1-1 before food avipattikara choorna 1tsf at night with warm water.

The Worst Foods for Heartburn

Picture this, you're in a restaurant for a lunch date with your friend. It's a great place and the food is delicious. While you're having a super time, you suddenly start feeling a discomfort in your chest area, and your appetite completely goes down the drain. Chances are that you might be experiencing heartburn.

Heartburn is something which is used in both the literal and metaphorical senses. However, the discomfort it entails means that it is no joking matter and your food intake habits are probably responsible if you suffer from it!

The good thing about heartburn causing foods is that they are easily recognisable, which is quite great. But, they make up a large portion of people's normal diets, which is not as great, as they are hard to refrain from. A few common examples are listed below:

  1. Chocolate: To start off, there is something which is surprisingly a cause for heartburn and is likely to be the cause of a lot of disappointment: chocolate. The sad thing about chocolate is that the key things it is known to cause reflux. Take, for example, cocoa; it is a prime cause for reflux. Also, the caffeine in chocolate as well as something called theobromine is the major culprits of reflux. If a person who loves chocolate seems to be suffering from reflux, he or she knows why now!
  2. Coffee: Talking about caffeine, the automatic suspect that is coffee is deeply guilty, as well! Having coffee once in a while may not cause much harm but making it a habit leads to a person setting himself or herself up for a lot of heartburn.
  3. Soda: Anything which is acidic is not good for reflux but the thing is that most sodas are very acidic! This is also the case when it comes to fruit, though fruit is generally said to be good for the body. Certain types of fruit, like citrus fruit only worsens the effects of heartburn and can cause a whole load of discomfort to the person who eats them.

A lot of the foods, which should be avoided actually have their own health benefits. The case in point is garlic. But, a person should try to have food like cottage cheese or lean chicken, both of which do not cause any heartburn at all. Also, keeping away from food that is fried has a range of benefits from lower consumption of fat, to a reduced risk of cancer as well as a massive drop in heartburn. Deep fried foods should be avoided like the plague!

The rule of the thumb when it comes to the issue of heartburn is that if anything happens to be acidic, it is likely to cause heartburn to be aggravated. As long as a person can keep this in mind as a guiding principle, there is no way that they will be suffering from heartburn any more. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Hello sir. I am 19 years old. I am suffering from low back pain since two months it was started when my friend sat on my spine back suddenly and sat for 7 min after this I had severe pain in backside and my stomach pressed and became tight in lower abdomen unable to free it gradually my happenings: 1. At next day my total body is vibrates and unable to wake up feels so tired if eating wamthing sensation and sitting means severe acidity and sounds coming and no motion free. 2. For next 10 days seviour back pain unable to sleep if sleeping in comfortness feeling no sleep for 12 days and became so weak unable to eat, brush, walk, listen, write, speak, any thing felt un comfort daylong acidity water coming up if sit then becoming more pain in abdomen 3. next pain in hands seviour bones also if touching hands also pain it continued for 7 days next pain in upper thighs like tied with rope feeling in thighs and weighted feeling unable walk one feet also 4. Legs pain and if moving in sleep in body parts fracture like feeling and penis unable to control it is unable to lift if penis enlarging pain in it and surroundings 5. At present I am unable to whether there is connection between penis and my body stomach pain and back pain is not going day by day increasing pain but not curing where should I consult I already had-- scan in abdomen. X-ray in spine, blood test but all are normal then what is problem give me the solution Dr. Please.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, I'm suffering with the Gastric problem from the last one year. Using medicine but it is not covering. Doctor gastroenterologist obtained test are Endoscopy and Abdominal scanning, asper the reports fat is formed around the liver part he had said and prescription. And used those and feel better while using those after one month went to consultation he had prescribed medicine. Just a used one day those medicine which he had prescribed are reacted. &again consulted him given new. Using those but still now not covering with those causes to lagging of legs unable to stand, and respiration is taking is hard. I request U why its happening like this. What causes the liver is formed with fat &symptoms? What are the solutions for this GERD?

Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid chillies. Drink plenty of water. Try to analyse what food habits increase your problem. Continue pantocid for now. Take it in empty stomach followed by 1 more hour of fasting.

Caffeine has a stimulating effect on your body. It kicks all your body systems into high gear, including digestion and these effects can exacerbate diarrhea. Abstain from coffee and tea altogether. Caffeine is also commonly found in sodas and chocolates and these foods should also be avoided.

Keep the child well hydrated by adequate replacement of lost fluid by WHO recommended ORS and routine home diet with little added salt.If child is taking breast feeds continue with that. Hello, You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. I am giving you some health tips 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. I am really underweight for my age. I do eat a lot and maintained a diet to gain weight but to no avail. I constantly find myself going to the washroom after a heavy diet. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

As you are mentioning that you only have blood while passing stool, you need to visit a surgeon for examination, and treatment depends on the findings of the surgeon, you may have a fissure in ano or piles, or some other pathology which can be diagnosed by doing internal examination by proctosigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy only.
