It could be recurrent anal fissure. I advice you to start sitz bath. Avoid spicy oily food. Take more of fibre rich diet. Avoid constipation by taking laxatives. You may consult online for further queries and treatment.

1.There is no treatment that eradicates Hepatitis B infection completely. 2.However treatment is available to arrest the liver damage and subsequent development of cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver 3. In most of the cases the hepatitis B virus automatically gets cleared from the blood within 6 months. If the virus persists after 6 months it is known as chronic Hepatitis B 4. 30-90% of patient suffering from chronic hepatitis B subsequently develop cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver if not treated 5.You have to regularly do the blood test to monitor HBsAg, HBeAg HBV DNA, Real time PCR for viral load (Rapid diagnostic test), Liver function test for SGOT/SGPT.

As baby is gaining proper weight, it doesn't seem to be a serious issue. Just pat/burp him properly for 10 minutes, then make him lay down in lateral position, means on right side for half an hour. I hope it will be help you. If baby is quite irritable after vomiting and not gaining weight, then you should consult a pediatrician.

Firstly you should be examined by general Surgeon. Frequently and-rectal condition are misdiagnosed. Treatment for anal fissure include sitz bath with Betadine at least three times a day, apply a local ointment for relaxation of sphincter e.g. Diltiazem. Use a stool softeners.**For complete evaluation and treatment, Kindly visit the doctor in person with all available reports. *This is just an preliminary opinion not to be used for medico-legal purpose.

It is called reflux disease (gerd). Avoid heavy meals especially in the night. Do not eat at least 2 hours prior to going to bed. Avoid liquids at bed time. Raise head end of the bed bt at least 9-10 inches. In case there is no relief then she needs medical treatment.
