Hi, Let me brief you about the situation, I have tight foreskin on my penis, I cannot retract the foreskin all the way when I have an erection. I can pull the foreskin back when my penis is not erect. I believe a small part of the foreskin has to be attached at the bottom of the penis so I don't know if that attachment is stopping me to retract the skin all the way. But any way after I got the answer I was told to apply a Betamethasone cream 0.05%. So now the problem is I bought a cream name "Diprovate plus" which is composed of Betamethasone Dipropionate IP equivalent to Betamethasone 0.05% w/w and Zinc sulphate IP 0.50% w/w. I believe you guys know all about the cream but I just wanted to be 100% sure that it won't harm my penis in any manner. As we all know we don't have any spare one to use if something had to happen to this one. So can anyone please tell me if its okay to apply the cream to my penis, is there anything I need to worry about, if I can apply it how do I apply, where to apply, what happens if I accidentally apply it on the head of the penis. How many times do I apply the cream and when? I don't know if I asked everything but if you think I missed anything please let me know everything about it so that I can go ahead and start using the cream! Thank you in advance.

If you have any cuts or small injury on your penis then wait until it gets fully healed. Just apply a little bit of the cream at the point where your foreskin is attached at the bottom of penis & follow the instructions which you got in your previous message

Doctor sahabh I am Rahul Taneja 19 suffering from piles kindly give some suggestions to cure it.
Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet People do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife

Common causes of cramps in legs are- Exercising, injury, or overuse of muscles. Deficiencies of calcium and magnesium or other minerals. Hypothyroidism may also cause it. Peripheral arterial diseases also could be the reasons. Stretch and massage the muscle. Take a warm shower or bath to relax the muscle. A heating pad placed on the muscle can also help. Penis will not curve due to masturbation. If it is curved, it is made that way since birth. No medicines can make it straight. If bend is mild don't do anything. If bend is severe, you will need surgery to make it straight.

I am 68 years old male my blood sugar is 160 fasting. Lam taking xila- m its okay or not ?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch.
