My weight is 43 bt my stomach is increasing day by day, I won't take fast foods also, so plzz help me.
Hye. Thank you for your query. The fat you can see and grab, the kind that hangs over your waistline, is soft subcutaneous fat. Ninety percent of the fat on your body is subcutaneous fat. While you can accumulate this type of fat by eating more calories than your body burns, there's a genetic and hormonal connection as well. Too much fat is harmful for the body. A diet filled with refined carbs, such as white bread packaged foods and junk, snack foods, is associated with increased subcutaneous belly fat. Thirty minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise -- like a fast-paced walk or low-impact aerobics -- most days of the week helps you lose the belly flab. Alos, don't forget strength-training. You can't spot reduce, but you can tone and tighten your belly. While crunches and planks can help the abdominal area, include exercises that work all your major muscles -- arms, back, shoulders, glutes and legs is import for balance. Making the right food choices can also help you lose subcutaneous fat. Limit your intake of the refined carbs linked to belly fat. So, skip the white bread, packaged cereals, sugary cereals, biscuits, sweets and soda, and, instead, eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Enjoy healthy sources of protein such as poultry, lean beef, fish, eggs, soy, beans, low-fat dairy, and fats such as clarified butter or ghee, vegetable oil, nuts and seeds. Eating healthy foods is critical to reduce belly fats.

Hi Lybrate-user, first thing to stop smoking is to determine yourself to stop. Then slowly you should reduce the number of cigarettes per day and you can use chewable nicotine tablets. If nothing helpful, please meet any psychiatrist. All the best for quitting smoking.

Hello. The scars and the pigmentation on the face are treatable. It's better to get it examined first so that we can identify the type of skin, scars and if they are hyper pigmented, atrophic or ice pick scars. The treatment are of various kind like ranging from simple scrubs and mild peels for the face to the major interventions such as laser therapy, dermaroller, subcision or peeling. These depend on the type of the scars and which kind you opt for. You can consult me online or text me with pictures for further details.

I am 21 years old. But my memory is very poor. I can't remember a simple thing some times. I am also facing aging problem. People who never meet me thought that I am 36 or 40 years old. Please help me.

Your advanced ageing may your genetic problem and 7 Ways to Remember Anything Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1.Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2.Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3.Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical. 4.Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5.When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6.Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. Suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7.Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

What meditation and diet should I use to increase my height. I am 17 yrs old with 4'11 height.
Homoeopathic medicine ADZAG FORTE ( ADVEN LAB ) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water twice daily HITE AID ( BAKSON ) 2 Tabs twice daily .Chew directly in mouth Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. These methods do not claim to give drastic results because these don’t interfere with our endocrine system and functioning of our body. These methods are the best way to try to increase your height. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Beef • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. This nutrient is vital for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and cartilages. Thus, it is advisable to have milk and dairy products to fulfill our calcium requirements. Apart from this, we must also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to detoxify your body. Proper sleep A good night’s sleep is absolutely essential not only for our overall well being but our growth also. It is due to the fact that the growth hormone does its job of thickening and lengthening your bones during deep sleep. Correct sleeping posture is also crucial for proper growth as correct posture keeps the spine straight and this adds to our inches. Exercises to Increase Height: All of us know about the benefits of exercising, exercises, if done correctly and consistently can cure half our diseases. Exercising in all its forms is generally good for maintaining our bodies in good shape, but there are specific exercises which help us in increasing our height. Before we get to know about these exercises we should always remember that how we sit or stand also contributes to a large extent to how tall we appear. If our posture is not correct, that is we sit sloughed or don’t stand straight, we appear shorter than we actually are. So keep your spinal erect awhile sitting as well as standing. Stretching exercises are a great way to add up to your height a few inches. Some of the stretching exercises are: 1. Basic leg stretches 2. Super stretch and touching toes 3. Twists 4. Cobra stretching 5. Bar-pulls (hanging from the bars) Hanging from bars 3 to 4 rounds, each round lasting a minute is very effective. Yoga Apart from regular exercising, practicing yoga also helps in maintaining the correct posture and thus contributes not only to height gain, but to the overall development of your body. The different yoga positions make your body supple, besides stimulating the growth hormones. Tadasana: Also known as the mountain pose is very effective as , this asana helps in lengthening your spine.

Discharge in women is natural and an accepted fact. However, in case you are suffering from a sexually transmitted disease, there are chances that there would be unusual and excessive discharge.
