Hi, given your description of the issue, it seems like food poisoning/ indigestion, although the possibility of some other serious issue is not obviated. I would first and foremost advise you to consult a gi specialist in person, with no further delay. He/ she can diagnose and recommend treatment appropriately, soon. In the interim, however, I would advise you to avoid consuming solid foods for sometime. This is until the vomiting episode/ propensity to vomit is arrested. You may gradually drink larger amounts of liquids/ juices till the condition stabilizes. Ensure that you take adequate rest and relax well. Once, you get through the emergency situation, a smooth and sustainable recovery is equally important lest the condition should relapse. You can slowly introduce bland yet to your liking & taste, solid/ semi-solid foods that are well cooked and easily digestible. Take smaller amounts in regular intervals than attempting 3 larger meals. This takes away much of stress/ strain on your digestive system. You can sit in vajrasana post your meals so as to facilitate digestion. You may take your digestives/ enzymes as suggested by your doc. Taking ginger tea also helps digest well. It is important that you streamline your diet and avoid sweets, oily and fried stuff. Maintaining cleanliness/ hygiene is utmost important in preventing food poisoning, infections and many more gi tract issues. Consume more of fresh fruits & vegetables and stay hydrated, drink 8 - 10 glasses of clean & filtered water daily. Streamline your lifestyle, exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, and try reducing your stress levels at work and also at home. Remember relaxation/ de-stressing is equally important for your health. Hope this helps. You may connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a naturopathic treatment plan that suits you in particular and one that gives you a long lasting relief from your chronic symptoms. All the very best.

Sexual intercourse averages two minutes, usually ending as the male partner reaches climax. However, a woman requires eight to twelve minutes of constant stimulation to reach climax. Premature ejaculation is the number one cause for shortened sex. For more details consult me privately.

These is a need for worrying, and require homoeopathic medicines internally. To take out the disease from body. Its my advice not at all go for cauterization or any other type of physical removal of warts, at any cost. This will harm you in future. Take consultation from a homeopathic doctor to get relief from them from internally.

Check your thyroid and hb levels. Do things that make you happy. Meet up with friends. You will feel good and will want to exercise. Also exercise once you begin makes you feel good and improves mental functioning. You may have to push yourself initially to exercise but later you will just love it.

After masturbation, I can't hold urine, so urine is wetting my underwear. Please Dr. Help me by prescribe medication.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

After masturbation, I can't hold urine, so urine is wetting my underwear. Please Dr. Help me by prescribe medication.
Hello- Ejaculation force and urine control both depends upon the strength of PC (pubo coccygeus) muscle. Excess or improper masturbation technique leads to weakening of this muscle hence causes dribbling of urine after masturbation. Practice Kegel exercise daily, avoid water intake after meals, use half tsp black sesame seeds powder before meals.

Hii I am Keisha. I am 22 years old. I have severe pain at foot while running. How to overcome this problem.
One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. There are a few general tips that can help relieve your discomfort. These include: 1.applying ice to the affected area 2.taking a pain reliever medicine 3.using foot pads to prevent rubbing on the affected area 3.keeping the foot that is causing you pain elevated 4.resting your foot as much as possible You can take many measures to help prevent ongoing foot pain. For example: 1.choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes 2.avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas 3.maintain a healthy weight 4.stretch before engaging in vigorous exercise 5.practice good foot hygiene 6.always wear some type of footwear when outdoors to protect your feet.
