How can I manage my diet plan for a day? Wat all I can eat in my breakfast lunch n dinner?
Breakfast like a king. Means nutritive as well as good calories. Upma poha Dalia oats ragi can be taken in bf. Lunch dal rice and चपाती सब्ज़ी with buttermilk. Dinner light like रोटी and सब्ज़ी. Papaya must be taken after supper.

Summer is coming. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily. Have more of buttermilk, watermelons, muskmelon, sugarcane juice, etc. It will prevent many health conditions in upcoming months.

I want 2 gain weight about 15 kg more. I am not going to gym. So tell me how to gain?

I am getting frequently back ache problem. I am software engineer.Please suggest me something for that.
You can start with Physiotherapy few sittings. IFT and moist great therapy. At home, sleep on hard mattress. Do regular back pain yoga and exercises to strengthen back muscles. Acupuncture & potli and partial massage are very relieving therapies. And AYURVEDIC KATI BASTI THERAPY for a few days will relieve your back pain. Take care of posture and economic corrections. I have sinus infection. My ear and throat and neck nerves are always getting pain. Pain comes and goes always. I have done ct scan and ultra sound and endoscopy all tests are normal doctor give antibiotics but not curing my problem what can I do? Please help me for that.

Dr, Please tell me, Basal Metabolic rate Decreases during Pregnancy, And increases the Fat deposition in Womens?
Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is raised during pregnancy, due to increased calorific requirement for fetal development in placenta (inside uterus), cz the developing baby needs lots of nutrition to grow. Fat deposition in females during pregnency is due to process of body of female getting prepared to carry baby and all endocrine glands are preparing mothers body for nourishing the baby. So size of breasts enlarges, surface area of abdomen hips thigs increases. It's not fat gain.

Hi i'm of age 33 years. My problem is I am feeling dullness, blurry vision, low concentration, little confusion and unable to do work. Besides this I am having medication for blood pressure since one year. And another thing is I am taking two glasses of warm water before brush and then after 45 minutes im drinking and eating something which I like.

Get your blood and eyesight tested. Check your blood pressure regularly. Revise your medications for hypertension. May be your BP fluctuating due to stress or any other factors. Meet a general physician immidiately.

Start with yoga classes, rope skipping and swimming. These activities are best to increase height. Go for proper nutrition too. Drink milk daily, get sunlight. More of fresh fruits, juices and dry nuts.
