How can I manage my diet plan for a day? Wat all I can eat in my breakfast lunch n dinner?
Breakfast like a king. Means nutritive as well as good calories. Upma poha Dalia oats ragi can be taken in bf. Lunch dal rice and चपाती सब्ज़ी with buttermilk. Dinner light like रोटी and सब्ज़ी. Papaya must be taken after supper.

Summer is coming. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily. Have more of buttermilk, watermelons, muskmelon, sugarcane juice, etc. It will prevent many health conditions in upcoming months.

I have sinus infection. My ear and throat and neck nerves are always getting pain. Pain comes and goes always. I have done ct scan and ultra sound and endoscopy all tests are normal doctor give antibiotics but not curing my problem what can I do? Please help me for that.
