Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear as you mentioned that pain increases in the morning. You have work stress you need to check your sitting posture sit in correct way adjust your chair and monitor screen -do hot fermentation 3 times in a day duration-20 min -do stretches 2 min proper along hold and relax do it for two days then I will tell you further program take care.

Talk to your Physiotherapist about developing an exercise plan that suits your needs. NOTE: Joint pain occurs because of deficiency or excess of certain minerals. Kindly go for blood tests for precise diagnosis.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. At your age we expect degenerative changes in spine, so there could be episodes of pain, stiffness etc. My advice to you will be in case you are experiencing back pain only with no associated leg pain or any other neurological symptoms, - do regular brisk walks for 2-3 km per day in morning - physiotherapy for strengthening of your back muscles, abdominal muscles and other general conditioning exercises - take regular calcium medications and supplement vitamin d as necessary - you can also take tab ultracet 1 tab sos in case of pain. If there are leg symptoms as well, then please let me know in detail so that I can prescribe you for that as well. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Yoga for knee arthritis can help keep the knee some suppressing flexible so that you can use the knee for asking and sitting. The loss of cartilage however cannot be reversed as per the remedies available today. Take medicines as well to control inflammation. This will reduce swelling. If pain, stiffness and swelling persist consider Total Knee replacement surgery.

Hi Its a problem associated with muscular weakness. Do the following:- 1. As of now do not sit without back support as it will increase the problem further. 2. Take a healthy and balanced diet with special emphasis on protein rich food e.g. pulses, milk, egg, fish, chicken etc. 3. Exercise daily for at least 30 minuted with and spent at least 10 minutes concentrating on muscles of back. 4. Have at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Follow these steps for 15 days and give feedback after that. If the problem persists then consult any good homoeopath in your area or contact me here.
