Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily and Acid Fluor. 200/ once daily- both for 1 months. Revert me back.

I am suffering cough regular with chest pain I use some drugs but after use drugs use pain started.

Hi cough with chest pain may be vecause of lower respiratory tract infection. Take Tab augmentin duos twice daily tab signoflam twice daily syrup bron q 2 tsf twice daily for 5 days its lrti and will settle down in 5 days. Thanks.

Hey, thanks for the query. A balanced diet is very essential for maintaining healthy skin. Avoid excessive intake of junk and proprietary foods. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. Drinking good amount of water and fluids is a must to help flush out toxins from the body. Drinking lemon water in the mornings can help clear the digestive system and avoid constipation. Avoid crash diets or diets that call for avoiding any particular food groups totally. Sleep well and exercise regularly. Applying antiseptic pastes like neem or honey is very help. Maintain hygiene.

Can prostate problem like (BHP or infection) affect morning erection. Doctor give me prostate alpha blocker medicine. Which quite help me. Is that serious?

Alpha blockers are very effective in reducing urimary flow problems in prostatic hyperplasia and some of them also they help reducing size causing programmed cell death of cells. Now some of them like tamsulosin may cause retrograde ejaculation. Some of them cause dizziness, hypotension, priapism and impotence rarely. But they do not generally affect morning erection. Morning erection is physiological and occur when you wake up after rem sleep. Anxiety may be cause of absence of it. So stop overthinking about it consult your doctor if you have this problem for long.

Hi manju to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

You should avoid fatty oily food. Follow as under: a. Salt intake: maximum five gm per day. B. Do not add salt while cooking as iodine gets evaporated. Add after the cooking is done this c. Sugar intake 20 gm. White sugar. You may use jaggery or honey as alternate of sugar. D. Oil 30 ml per day e. Rice bran oil is the best oil. F. Avoid ghee and butter as much as possible. G. Coconut oil is best for massage. H. Water 1200 ml per day drink it as sip by sip. I. Drink luke water two glass atleast. J. 1. You need to take birth control at the same time every day
Hormones in your birth control pill need to be administered at the same time every day. Missing one pill in a cycle may mean that you’re no longer protected for the duration of the pill pack; you should use another form of protection, like condoms, during that time. If you find you’re missing pills frequently, it might be time to look into long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) options.

2. There’s a difference between emotional intimacy and sexual intimacy
Though it's counterintuitive, most couples become physically intimate before they are comfortable being emotionally vulnerable and talking about their sexual preferences (or things they don't know if they like but want to explore). The solution? Talk to your partner.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt.
