Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

My mother aged 78 under went ca breast (t3 n1 mo) undergone masectomy 10 years before and doing well. She is having left knee pain more than right knee pain. Kindly suggest remedy only with external application and if necessary any exercise for her.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Few more symptoms required: when you feel relief, in movement or in absolute rest before prescribing some medicine moreover, you may start rhus tox 200 5 drops morning colchicum 200 - 5 drops evng daily for a week.

Sir, in layman's terms. It seems you had an accident/injury which has resulted in a partial tear in one of the important ligament of the Knee, ie, ACL. Also there is effusion, ie, you can see swelling around your knee, that is bcoz of accumulation of blood around the injured part, and contusion, ie, that is you have injured bones of your legs in which the blood flow to the bones is affected. I cannot say how serious it is without seeing you, so my advice is you visit an orthopedic surgeon and a physiotherapist for proper treatment of this problem.

You can get cervical traction done daily by physiotherapists. If this doesn' t give relief, use neck coller also during day. Do neck exercises as per physiotherapist. Take tab neurobion forte thrice daily. Avoid pillow, or change its size.

Both.....do yoga daily... Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hi, There is no mention of the nature or cause of your pain. As it is just 2-3 days old, I assume it may be because of any small injury. Maybe because you hold your baby for a long time. The first step in treatment for any injury is to give rest. You can give support to the joint by a bandage. Pain oils like Murivenna or Karpuradi thaila can be used for applying over the wrist. Mix camphor in hot cocunut oil, apply the warm oil on wrist twice a day. It would give relief to your pain. Do consult a doctor if the pain persists. Take care, be happy.

you need thorough evaluation it may be due to bleeding from gum/ Chronic Pharyngitis or may be any lung problem like Tuberculosis or this may be due to Harsh Brushing Kindly consult ENT/ Chest Physician For neck pain Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports

Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.
