'janu basti' is done by some special ayurvedic oils for about 20 days in a month and about three cycles are repeated. Supplemented with some guggul therapy and other vatanashak treatment/Antiinflammatory like Curcumin 95% and yoga postures, the reversal (to possible extent) takes place. Wear n tear also heals to some extent. It's harmless and effective way. No side effects. Response differs individually. You may send reports for further assessment.

I am suffering from back pain and i've tried medicines but there isn't any relief in the pain.

I am suffering from back pain and i've tried medicines but there isn't any relief in the pain.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

I am having lumbar hyperlordosis, all day pain, stiffness in neck and back. Please advise

Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS), M.sc in yoga and naturopathy, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Ayurveda, Delhi
Hi Lybrate user, Most hyperlordosis is mild, and your back remains flexible. If the arch in your back is stiff and doesn’t go away when you lean forward, there may be a more serious problem. You have to go with 1.internal medication 2.weight loss program 3.physical therapy Yoga and chair yoga are good choices You should also be aware of keeping good posture when sitting, standing, or engaging in activities. If you have to stand for a long time, periodically shift your weight from one foot to the other, or from your heels to your toes. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Use a pillow to support your lower back when sitting.
