You don't feel hungry may be due to the sitting and less physical activities. It seems as if you are bothered with irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat.Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of Lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied Regards

I am 25 years female. I have swelling on my foot, hands, and even on my face. Sometimes I have pain in my heels. My blood sugar fasting is 76, uric acid 4.5, esr 6, blood urea 28.9, serum creatinine 0.9 I have thyroid test too that is 2.29 when I do lit bit work it creates more restlessness to me. Hi, thanks for writing in. Swelling on foot, hands and face has to be evaluated in detail. It might happen due to conditions involving kidney, liver, heart, thyroid and any other generalized condition. It is important to know your weight and height and if you are on the higher side. Restlessness might be due to anxiety and associated stress. Sugar, uric acid, serum creatinine report and esr are normal. Thyroid needs to be matched if it is for tsh, t3 or t4 level. Regards,

Since your diet and lifestyle have been imbalanced lately, you should start with a modest routine first. Start with daily exercises in the morning followed by a good diet throughout the day. Your body is nutrition deficient, so eat healthy food from now onward. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi Doctor I am losing my hairs from past 3 month. I am not able to control. usually I take head bath daily, but from last month I stop take head bath daily and now I am taking evey alternative days. Hi Manoj.. Dandruff and hairfall needs proper treatment and it will not be cured by just shampoo and oil... You can try as many.. but once you loose hair it is difficult to grow it back... So my suggestion is to take Homoeopathic treatment.. properly... Still if someone suggest you may try that first...

do consult ortho doctor with X ray of hand . or u can try some tips 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

I am sneezing since last 2 weeks with running nose and there are no other symptoms like headache or throat infection. But, I am not able to figure out if this is an allergic reaction. I work 10 Hours in AC environment and does not have AC at home. At times I cannot stop sneezing and running nose. For 2 days I took "months LC" and it was in control. Please suggest.
