Importance of avoiding carbs in dinner for weight loss

Ideal dinner should not be rich in carbs but fibers. If you intend to lose weight, avoid carbs in dinner.

There are many reasons of avoiding carbs in dinner.

1. Gets Converted to Fat: Carbohydrates should only be taken during daytime as muscles require fuel to do different activities and utilize carbs to convert in energy. During night we don’t do as intense workouts as the daytime like in office or household work. If carbohydrates are taken in dinner, muscles absorb carbohydrates and store them in form of fat tissues due to lack of any activities except sleep and inner organs’ functioning.

2. Increases Your Sugar Levels: Including carbohydrates in your dinner also increases blood sugar level which is harmful for diabetes patients.

3. Makes Your Digestion Difficult: Avoiding carbs also improves your digestion. Replace it with more fiber foods instead.

Be particular about food choices & timings. Follow the proper do's and don't of diabetes avoid all refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Avoid high starchy foods such as rice, potato & colocasia. Include more fiber, pulses & green leafy vegetables in your diet. Avoid sweetend fruits such as banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grapes from your diet.

One of the simplest home remedies Natural home made face scrub using oatmeal, almonds, honey and milk: 1. Take ½ bowl of powdered oatmeal 2. Add 6-7 crushed almonds 3. Add 2 tbsp honey 4. The root cause of constipation is mostly a lifestyle habits, lot of refine flour, physical inactivity. So first we have to identify the cause. 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6. Maintain personal hygiene.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Hello, lybrate user, simply medication can't fulfill the requirement. Obesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. I am suffering from of my weakness and also some thin. I take proper diet but I have not any improvement.
Dear lybrate-user, As per your height, your weight shall certainly be higher than it currently is. Also, you have not listed diet in detail such as, what is being included that you're considering proper diet. I hope you're consuming foods from all food groups that includes carbohydrates/proteins/fats/vitamins and minerals. Not sure if you're vegetarian or non vegetarian. Please try to eat good amount of protein in your body for strengthening your muscles and overcome the weakness. Eggs are very good source of protein and you shall have eggs everyday as their Net protein utilization is very good by the body. Other good sources of proteins are meat, fish and poultry, legumes and pulses. Others are soya bean, nuts and seeds. Milk, yogurt and cheese are good for you. Whole grain cereals, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits shall be included in diet each day. Divide the protein foods as evenly as practical among all meals of the day. If you feel weak and cannot have proper meals a day then you could have small meals at few intervals. And not fill up yourself at one time. Some kind of exercise/yoga is also important to sustain a healthy living.

Hi, Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Damiaplant and Alfaalfa tonic, both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.
