Hands are the most used parts of our body but when it comes to care they are the last ones to receive it. So here are some tips to keep them happy, beautiful , young and healthy forever:

1. Olive oil : Massage your hands with some warm olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily to enjoy soft and smooth hands. Olive oil has anti - ageing effects also.

2. Oatmeal : It is a natural cleanser and an exfoliater. Also its protein content locks the skin moisture inside keeping them soft. Prepare a mixture with 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal, ½ to 1 teaspoon of honey and a little water to make a paste. You can also add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice.Rub this mixture on your hands.Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

3. Coconut oil:It is not only good for dry skin but also soothes the skin damaged by UV rays. Apply warm extra-virgin coconut oil on your hands.Massage for about 5 minutes using circular motions before going to bed everyday.

4. Milk cream : A natrural moisturizer, an exfoliater and the skin ph maintainer. So rub some fresh milk cream on your hands. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then rinse off your hands thoroughly with lukewarm water. You can use this remedy daily.

5. Honey : An antioxidant with anti ageing effects. Mix equal amounts of honey and glycerin. Apply it on your hands, wait 10 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily.

6. Lemon juice: Its a cleanser and lightens any spots on skin. Add the juice of 1 lemon and some honey to a small tub filled with lukewarm water. Soak your hands in it for about 10 minutes. Pat dry, then apply a little bit of vitamin E oil or olive oil to maintain the moisture level of your skin. Use this remedy a few times a week.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. The stress that you feel is not dependent on the stressor: It is entirely dependent on your perception of stress. Change your perception, there is no stress: it’s like looking at a glass half full or half empty. Life is difficult no doubt, as a general rule, but what we do adds to the stress in our response. We add to the stress of life instead of reducing it or learning to deal with it. Many of us follow a policy of avoidance, like your question seeks. We cannot do that all of our lives. So the first thing to do is to change your perception. For example, look at it as a challenge that you would like to meet with a positive outlook. See everything as a gift from God to perform as though you are doing it for Him. God never gives us work to do beyond our capacity. Now you may argue that it is the Government that is giving all the work. That is true in the overt sense, but if you look at it with spiritual eyes, you know that it is ultimately given by God. Secondly, build a good constitution mentally, emotionally and physically to combat stress. If you know where the tensions is coming from it is a lot easier. Then meet with a professional and get the necessary help to sort it out for good. Eat healthily, sleep well, and exercise regularly. Talk about your emotions regularly to a good friend every day. Learn stress management techniques, which is all about expressing your feelings in appropriate ways. Do Yoga and meditation. Pray every day to God to give you the strength, and offer your work as a prayer to Him – you will give your best and you will feel so satisfied when you do it well. At work you must learn to delegate much or some of your work to subordinates. If you do not trust, you will find it difficult to delegate.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. At the same time, the trigger for these activities also stimulated different processes that will wash out the by products, waste products, dead cells and tissue and drain out toxins from the system. Most of these activities take place in the Liver or are stimulated by different secretions of the liver. Now, alcohol being what it is, is acidic in nature. Alcohol that we consume, is made from different grains, fruit and involve different processes. Each variety accordingly stimulates different digestive secretions. The body can handle a certain volume that will help in the metabolism. An excess ("excess" entirely depends on body constitution and liver strength) will over stimulate or simply burn down the system. Sir/Madam, I am 27years old unmarried boy. My father expired due to road accident last year at age of 51. He was living in Jaipur along with family (mother and brother). I was close to him as he was my idol. My sole aim of life was to make him proud by fulfilling his wish of me become IAS. But since the accident I am very depressed. I think about him every day. I always believed everything happens for a good reason but I can't find any in this. I lost faith in god. He was really a good man. Never did wrong to anybody and taught me same. That's why I feel so much anger that why he went away like this. I have so much regrets like when He was in hospital after accident I got scared so much that I didn't do anything for him. I should have been brave. I regret that he was in tension in his last days as he was cheated by his brother and I knowing this fact didn't console or reduce his tension, I was busy in my job. I am living in Noida alone. I left my job 4 months ago and I am unable to prepare for a new job. I was senior software engineer. I don't find positivity in anything. I lost interest in everything. I lost aim of my life and don't know what to do with my life. He was the most important thing in my life. I will never b as good man as him. I can't move on. Sometimes I wish I was dead instead of him. My mother always keep talking about him and cries everyday. This makes me even more sad. Sometimes I feel like I don't want to live anymore but I don't have this option as I have to take care of my brother and mother. But I don't how much more I can take it. Please help me.
