Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If diabetes is present for many years, plus not in good control, then chances of developing peripheral neuropathy early and severe are very high. Even when it is well controlled, there is certain amount of damage that occurs to the peripheral nerves. So first and fore most is to see that he achieves a very stric blood glucose control with fasting <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HBA1c%<6.8. But even with this the damage already done is unlikely to be reversed. There are certain medications which can help in reducing pain. Another aspect is the blood supply to the limb also may be affected. That needs to be checked. Thanks.

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

Wheatgrass juice is one of the most effective remedies against hair fall. It is known to decrease the shedding tendency of hair within a few weeks of regular intake. Aloe vera juice has a similar effect. However, aloe gel can be applied to the scalp too. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Amenorrhea - 7 Symptoms To Look For

The absence of periods is medically termed as amenorrhoea. Normally, women do not get their periods prior to puberty, throughout pregnancy and after menopause. If you do not get your periods when you normally should, you might be suffering from amenorrhoea.

Amenorrhoea can be of two types, which include:

  1. Primary amenorrhoea: menstruation does not begin till age 16.
  2. Secondary amenorrhoea: normal menstruation is disrupted when you skip your periods for more than three months.

Causes
Amenorrhoea is usually caused by a variety of changes in the hormones, glands and organs responsible for a healthy menstrual cycle.

Primary amenorrhoea is usually caused by:
1. Deterioration in the ovaries.
2. The central nervous system (spinal cord and brain) or pituitary gland can get affected, which leads to the malfunctioning of the hormones which are concerned with menstruation.
3. Poorly developed reproductive organs.

However, in several cases, what really causes primary amenorrhoea is unknown. The causes of secondary amenorrhoea include:
1. Pregnancy
2. Breast feeding
3. Discontinuation of birth control pills
4. Menopause
5. Polycystic ovary syndrome induced hormonal imbalances
6. Removal of ovaries or uterus

Symptoms
Usually, underlying conditions can lead to amenorrhoea. The conditions that lead to amenorrhoea include:
1. A condition called galactorrhoea, in which the glands in the breasts produce milk, even if the woman is not breastfeeding or pregnant; can also cause absent periods.
2. Hirsutism, an overproduction of the male hormone androgen, can lead to amenorrhoea.
3. Premature failure of the ovaries can cause absence of periods.
4. Weight gain or weight loss is another cause.
5. Psychiatric anomalies, such as excessive anxiety, can cause women to develop amenorrhoea.

Treatment
Amenorrhoea can either be treated with medication or surgery.
1. Dopamine agonists (dopamine activating compounds) are extremely beneficial for women with amenorrhoea.
2. Hormone replacement therapy (treatment with the use of oestrogens for reducing menopausal symptoms) is a very common treatment.
3. Sometimes, oral contraceptives may restore your normal menstrual cycle.

The surgery options for amenorrhoea include:
1. Surgery or radiation therapy may have to be performed if you have a tumour in your pituitary gland or hypothalamus (part of brain that controls the release of hormones from the pituitary gland).
2. If you have an intrauterine attachment (contraceptive attachments fitted in the uterus), you may need surgery to remove it. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help realxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Massage it on the scalp to reduce hair fall. Aloe vera gel also works wonders. Massage the scalp with aloe gel, leave in for a few hours and then wash with lukewarm water. Aloe gel, coconut milk and wheat germ oil make a great hair conditioning treatment to help fight hair fall.ake any natural oil – olive, coconut, almond – add a few drops of lavender or rosemary essential oil to it, and massage gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. Follow this remedy once a week. It smells great and is very relaxing

BROWN RICE
Brown rice is low in energy density.

This means that brown rice can make one feel full while consuming fewer calories. Its water and fiber components make it low in energy density. It will help lose weight as it makes one eat less since it fills one up fast.

Brown rice is rich in fiber.

Fiber aids in good digestion. This translates to regular bowel movement which helps to consistently dispose of what has been eaten. It also optimizes the metabolic function which is beneficial if one is losing weight. Brown rice stabilizes the digestion and prevents constipation, too.

Brown rice helps lose fat.

Being whole grain, brown rice is not stripped off its nutritional components compared to refined grains such as white rice.



PULSES AND LEGUMES :-

SOYA :-

1) Soy protein helps one feel full and satisfied.

2) Soy protein has a low-glycemic index.

3) Soy protein is a complete protein.


LENTILS :-
Lentils are low on the glycemic index, scoring a 28 on a scale of 100. The glycemic index measures how quickly the body digests carbohydrate-containing foods. Any food that ranks below 55 is considered low-glycemic, or a “slow carb.” Carbohydrates that digest more slowly, like lentils, release glucose into the blood in a steady stream instead of a quick spurt. This keeps the blood sugar levels on an even keel, which means one feels full longer and are less likely to binge on unhealthy foods when trying to lose weight.


EGGS :-

Low in calories :
One hard-boiled egg contains 78 calories, making a good addition to meals if the goal is to lose weight. Also, remember that to lose weight, one must burn more calories than one consumes; therefore, following a diet made up primarily of low-calorie foods, including eggs, is a sensible way to achieve this.

Low in Fat :

With about 5 g of fat each, eggs are appropriate for weight loss, as they make it easy to stay within the recommendations, but don’t forget that fat content increases when eggs are fried or scrambled.


FISH (SALMON):-
Salmon is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Fishes like salmon, contain docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA, and eicosapentaenoic acid, or EPA. Salmon will reduce the amount of triglycerides in the blood and increase the levels of HDL, which are known as “good” cholesterol. HDL works to transport fatty substances out of the body. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids will correct abnormal blood lipid levels, if used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.


RICE BRAN OIL :-
Rice Bran oil contains Gamma Oryzanol and this helps reduce the absorption of cholesterol, and is also high in Omega 6 and vitamin E. Studies have determined that foods high in Omega 6 fatty acid actually help reduce excess body fat. They are also beneficial because they help reduce inflammation.


OLIVE OIL :-
Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which promote heart health by decreasing “bad” LDL cholesterol without reducing the “good” HDL cholesterol. The invisible healers within this “liquid gold” also work to prevent cancer, inflammation, and may even play a helpful role in diabetes and weight loss. Several other studies indicate that monounsaturated fat enhances the body’s breakdown of stored fat.

Almonds are actually low in calories with ten almonds costing one approximately 78 calories. Other than that they’re packed with useful nutrients like Vitamin E, mono-saturated fat (‘good’ fat) and fibre, which is highly satiating and provides bulk to food without adding calories. They are also full of B vitamins and zinc, which helps stop sugar cravings, plus the oleic oil in the nuts cuts hunger very quickly.


WALNUTS :-
Walnuts can form a part of weight management diet as an ounce of walnuts contains 2.5g of omega 3 fats, 4g of protein and 2g of fibre that help provide satiety. Any successful weight management plan must include satiety factor; so walnut is undoubtedly the right food to consider if one is into a weight management program.



OIL SEEDS :-

FLAX SEEDS :-
Flaxseeds is very low in carbohydrates and contains high amount of B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. This helps one feel full and keeps one from being hungry for longer periods of time.



CHIA SEEDS :-
Chia seeds are rich in fiber and antioxidants, as well as essential minerals like calcium and iron. Chia seeds are also thought to help keep your waistline trim, by sucking up 10–12 times their weight, forming a gel in the stomach that can curb the calorie intake by making one feel full longer. They also slow the digestive process that breaks down carbs and converts them to sugar, which means fewer carbs feeding the fat cells around the midsection.



AVACADO :-
Research has shown that monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA’s)are more likely to be used as slow burning energy than stored as body fat.

This slow burning energy and the feeling of satiety or satisfied fullness that one gets from eating an avocado is one of the reasons they are known for reducing hunger and appetite.



APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR :-
Apple cider vinegar helps in control of hunger cravings. 1 to 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar should be taken with water right before a meal. This helps to reduce appetite because of a fiber compound found in the vinegar called pectin. This substance mixes with the water and expands in the stomach, which causes appetite to be decreased.

If pregnancy test is negative using home test kit, you get it tested in a lab by quantitative pregnancy test and if that too comes negative, it means you are not pregnant. You have contracted vaginal and cervial infection with fungus (candida albicnas), protozoa and bacteria and that might have been extended to your tubes, that may be the cause of missed periods, foul smelling white discharge and itching. You need proper treatment of infection by suitable antifungals and antibiotics. For missed periods you may take provers 10 mg daily for 7 days. To regularise your menses you take it from 18th day of menses to 25th day of menses for 2-3 cycles.
