I have kidney stone problem from last 1 month. What should I do to remove it or get relief from this pain?
Tips for removing kidney stones: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send your usg report becoz medication for stones depends upon size no and location of stones.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Calc Fluor 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback.

At present you are low weight. Increase up to 66 kg. Chang food habites. Add in you food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitsbales, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you to fit for all activity in life. Just spent 30 minuties daily fits all times.

7 Do’s and Don’ts of Jogging

Exercises like jogging give great benefits during the cold weather, provided they are done in the correct way. Jogging not only keeps you active throughout the day by increasing your energy level, but also helps you in maintaining your shape even if you consume some extra calories when the weather is relatively pleasant or colder than usual like it is during winters. Read on to find out the do’s and don’ts of jogging.

Do’s

1. Wear thin and loosely woven clothing
Opt for clothes made of thin synthetic material while jogging. This is because this type of material is beneficial in absorbing the sweat from your body. Additionally, you can wear an outer layer of nylon, to ensure that you remain protected from the wind and precipitation, besides maintaining the heat balance of your body. Never wear cotton while jogging as it does not absorb sweat and leaves you with a wet feeling.

2. Cover your hands and feet properly
The heat possessed by your body escapes mostly through your hands and feet (as much as 30% of heat is released by them). So, make sure to cover your hands and feet with running gloves and socks during jogging when the cold is mild, and with mittens when the temperature further decreases. Wear wicking sock liners underneath your woollen socks to soak the moisture generated while running.

3. Maintain your regular fluids intake
Irrespective of the type of weather, your body loses fluids in the form of sweat while jogging. In addition to this, the chilly air of the winter increases the chances of dehydration. So, keep yourself hydrated during, before and after jogging by drinking enough water or sport drinks.

4. Warm up
It is necessary to stretch out a bit before jogging to wake up your tired muscles. So, before starting your daily jogging regime make sure that you get a bit of physical activity.

Don’ts

1. Stay in damp clothes
Getting wet from rain or sweat while jogging on a cold day, increases your chances of developing hypothermia by decreasing the body temperature further. Immediately change your clothes if they are wet and turn on your heater to warm yourself.

2. Overdress
Never dress in a way that makes you feel warm and comfortable before starting to jog. This is going to make you feel warmer as your movements increase, and in turn results in more sweating or discomfort.

3. Forget to cover your head
It may be an astonishing fact, but your body actually loses 40% of its heat through the head. So, never make the mistake of leaving your head bare before stepping outside to jog in the winter. You can wear a hat, woollen cap or a scarf during this time to protect your head.

CAUTION: Jogging at a slower pace is a low impact exercise as compared to running. Research has shown that jogging at slow speed is better than running because of lower impact on foot, ankle, knee and hip joints. However if you have any medical conditions then you should discuss with your medical practitioner to know if jogging is safe for you.

Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. If you have pain while climbing stairs, getting up from chair, walking up a incline but not much pain while walking on a flat road then you may be having patello femoral pain. You require therapy involving physio, medications and knee cap.

If by taking multivitamins, your hair fall reduces/stops it means you aren't getting enough nutrition from your regular diet. The best option would be to improve your diet or continue taking multivitamins.

Increase in urinary frequency may be due to diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, urinary tract infections etc. First if there is any burning sensation in micturition or lower abdominal pain, fever is present, then it might be due to uti and urine culture should be done followed by proper antibiotic therapy. If there is no such symptoms present, fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar should be checked to exclude diabetes. Also avoid sweetened drinks and excess amount of coffe or tea intake. Water intake should be restricted to 3-4 litres per day. Then according to reports furthur treatment can be done.

Cervical spondylitis usually does not need surgery. Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. If you want to take facial for marriage you can take it but take it from expert, you should continue alovera gel but also take oral medicine take following medicine take following remedies 1. For long and healthy hair you have to maintain a healthy life style, because hair is also a part and parcel of our system. So, if you are healthy from inside your hair will also be healthy. 1. Eat healthy protein rich diet 2. Mini. 10 - 12 glasses of water. 3. Regular exercise for 30 min. 4.7 - 8 hrs of sleep is must. 5. Regular fruits and green vegetables in diet. 6. Wash your hairs regularly at least 4 times a wk with mild herbal shampoo, like arnica. 7. Massage your hair with oil once or twice a wk. But with gentle hands. Don't keep oil for more then 4 - 5 hrs. 8. Trim your hairs after every regularly, because split ends will damage hair. You don't have to trim much. Just 1/2 inch every 2 or 3 mths.
