It looks like you have piles. However there is nothing to worry. Piles are treated with diet modifications and some medicine in more than 90% cases. You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fibre, fruits and fluids. Avoid non-veg, fried and spicy food. Take extra fibre like isafgole with water as a dietary supplement twice a day. In case bleeding persists have yourself examined by a surgeon. Thanks and god bless.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Nux Vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Avoid fried and spicy food. Drink lot of water. Tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Hi , when diabetes and hypertension are togather don`t rely only on food. Even though you should take low salt, low carbohydrate, and low fat containing diet. Also avoid spicy and fried food. And control your weight, stop smoking if you are doing. Avoid achar, papad etc. Do regular exercise advised by your physician after doing cardiac work up. Remain stress free and enjoy life.

Hi, a condition when semen ejaculates, involuntarily, specially in night, subconsciously is spermatorrohoea, due to irregular life style such as - inedequate sleep, junk food, stress, anxiety, emorous feeling. Hi lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. The delay in periods is most likely due to I pill. It's a known and common side effect of taking emergency contraceptive. Wait for another 5 days and do a pregnancy test if you still don't get your period. If negative let me know so that we can start medicines to resume your periods. All the best.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I would suggest you for customized diet plans. For time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Hello Sir/madam Few days back One of my friend, s friend gave me a spiritual (panic healing) healing. I think it, s a hypnosis kind of healing. She made me sit by closing my eyes. Asked me to think about what is bothering me in life. I did so. I was fully aware of my body though. She put the CD of Om shanti Om. After doing all the spiritual healing she asked me to go and sleep. And she left. Since that day I started getting some flying and out of the body dreams very often. Which scared me in the night Sir! Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
