Hair fall is a very common phenomenon that plagues millions of people around the globe. Most of you take supplements of vitamin on a regular basis as it aids the build-up of new hair and skin cells. Read on to find out how exactly do the various vitamins help your hair: 1. Vitamin A: This vitamin controls the production of retinoic acid in your hair follicle. It is not only helpful for skin care but stimulates hair growth. It is immensely fruitful in moisturizing your hair and keeping it healthy. I have a gas problem. I normally eat lunch in office due to which I got gas. And I get frequently motion in afternoon wherein some time the stools will be loose I am worried about it. Because of which my penis get shrunken and I get depressed of it.

Take home garam garam food in morning Take home made 1-2 chapati or roti or fruits lite diet in afternoon time eat according to your appetite hunger not according to the time When body requires food body gives you call in the form of hunger then take food which do not affect digestion creating problems like gases depression etc Take lite little less food in night time within 3 hrs of sunset Main food eating time should be in morning not in afternoon will solve your problem Avoid breakfast instead of that take home roti chapati rice like food.

It may be because of Fungal infection. And it needs proper treatment. Till then take Bacillinum 200 one dose.

Hi Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Hello doctor,I have an issue with the skin between scrotum and leg. It doesn't feel itching but I feel a burning sensation over that area and I can see the skin in that area is peeling off often. Please do help me to resolve it.

I will recommend you for weight reduction exercise is must along with diet plan, and dieting is not the right way to reduce weight rather than plan your diet properly. So here is Some tips, a diet chat, and yoga for you. Tips: Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night. Take fiber rich diet like vegetables and fruits Avoid: Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product. Diet Chart: You can also follow this chart (1200 calories) 1. EARLY MORNING upama/ poha/oats/ daliya 1 soup bowl or tea without sugar/green tea/black tea with 2 marie biscuits or plane roti 2 small size with 1 small bowl of green vegetable 2.MID MORNING 1 fruit Guava/ orange/apple 3.LUNCH salad 1 medium bowl dal 1 soup bowl green veg 1 small bowl pulka 2 without ghee 4.EVENING tea without sugar/green tea/black tea/lemon water roasted chana /muri 5. Some days back, I had root canal of my molar tooth but I didn't apply cap after root canal. Actually cap is very costly. So please suggest me shall I ask doctor to remove that tooth (if no side effects) or shall I go for applying cap.

Actually cap is very cost...
If you have got rct done there is no point to get it extracted. Caps are costly no doubt but you can opt for a metal cap which is cheaper than others. After rct you should get a cap within a month. Without cap don't try to chew with that tooth.

Common cause of ulcer is constipation. If you have it than get it treated. Avoid oilly, spicy n hard foods. Apply dologel or mucopain ointment 3-4 times a day. You can also take b complex tablets 3 times for 5 days.

I am 25 years female! I have got skin tan problem only on my hands black in colour even though I don't expose my full hands out in sun, which is different from my face and legs colour is white. Even though I apply moisturizer cream also it would retain black. I have not taken any treatment for tis. Can suggest me with good product and cream.

apply milkcream and sugar mix in your skin regylarly for half an hour wash it off after scrubbing the pack
