Hello, please explain the cause of pain like is there any history of injury. Now you can take rhus tox 200 ch , 3 drops, twice daily. Five phos 6x , 5 tabs twice daily.

I am 39 year male guy facing following problems from last three months. 1] Both knee's paining while sitting and standing. 2] Difficulty in full breathing of full. I hv worked in power plant environment from over a year to last month. 3] joint pains in arms, toes, knees and back pain. 4] seeing black coloured spots while standing 5] now feeling lack of full strength inside the body. Before a year feeling full strength but now not. 6] over a year ago in oct 2014 weight is 63 kg and now weight is 57 kg. 7] feeling asthmatic while running and walking. 8] can't able to breathe from both holes un neck. I have morning stiffness in the low back area for almost 1 year, also when I get up after sitting it takes time for my body to get erect. Morning stiffness is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Mam, First of all and even before exercises I would like you to consult a dietician because with 102 kg weight no exercise can help you. I am sorry to put it this way but mam weight plays a significant role in knee osteoarthritis. Moreover, a leg is a single unit and any deformity at ankle level will affect you knee and vice-versa. I am really happy to know that you have already taken initiative and doing exercises but mam weight plays significant role. If you loose 30 kg weight your knee and ankle pain will reduce too provided you keep on doing exercises in a correct way. I really want Indian women to be strong and free of pain. So please mam consult dietician, exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay fit. I hope I helped you. THANK YOU!

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

It may be acidity. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Dear user, your symptoms can be of postural back pain. First correct your posture. Change your position after every 45 minutes. Sit straight, avoid excessive lumbar forward bending, use hard mattress during sleeping. Take hot fomentation, tens/ift, u. S. Therapy, lumbar extension strenghtening exercises. Thanks.

Hello lybrate user, the symptoms you are describing are similar to what we call claudication. In common language, it is development of symptoms of pain etc in the lower limbs after one does some previously accustomed activity ie one was able to do those activities easily but are causing symptoms now. It occurs due two causes. Firstly, vascular problem causing decreased blood supply to the muscles of the lower limb which is now inadequate to maintain the demands of the muscle while doing activity. Secondly, neurological problem in which there is stenosis in the spinal canal which transmit the nerves from brain to the lower limbs. This stenosis causes decreased space for the nerves and their vessels causing pain in the lower limbs. With the details you have provided, and your profile, it looks more like a spinal canal stenosis. I would suggest you to see a spine surgeon or an orthopaedician for a detailed assessment. I would also suggest you forward bending exercises and exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles. Hope this helps.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Well you have mentioned that you earlier were having same problem, but was it ok in between or do you have these symptoms off and on? also as you have also gained weight, the problems may intensify in the near future. Also degenerative changes in spine occur especially if disc spaces collapse because it increases overall pressure on facet joints of spine and adjacent discs as well. But my advise is that if your pain is still a localized lower back pain with no other leg pain, numbness or any other nerve related symptoms, then - start leading an active lifestyle which means daily walks for around 2-3 km in a day - intensive back exercises to strengthen your back muscles - abdominal strengthening and other general conditioning exercises - to maintain proper posture of your back at all times in a day - physical therapy with modalities can be done initially for some time although mainstay will remain your exercises - take anti-inflammatory medication for 5-7 days to get initial relief - maintain proper calcium and vitamin d intake also please get one digital x ray done and send both films and report to me x ray ls spine ( ap & lateral-flexion and extension views) do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. The pain may be of sciatic nerve involvement or muscle stiffness at lumbo sacral spine and it is common once your at rest and getting awake and involving daily activities from bed, and muscles slowly becomes warmed because of good activities gradually for this you can have regular hot and cold water fomentation of 15 min duration of same time everyday and ift physiotherapy treatment for 10 days followed by spinal flexion & extension exercises and sleeping in firm and hard even surface mattress
