yes we can manage scalp psoriasis in a better way. U must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines .we can provide u a oil to be applied at night .U can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes. We can manage it like that the disease does not come back. Internal ayurvedic medicines will be provided for blood purification. U can contact clinic for more details.

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following for your condition: Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.

Dark spots can be due to itching but basic problem is your facial skin allergy problem which leads to itching on your face------------------ A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1.Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2.Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3.Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. Hi doctor, I took chemical peel and 1 session of laser for pimple prone n scars skin on face. The effects did not last more than 2 weeks. Then my dermatologist prescribed panderm plus for pimples, wysolone tablet and momate gel for scars but warned to use only sometimes. I never are wysolone and applied momate only twice in a month but panderm plus worked like a miracle for my pimples. However I left my country n could not get in touch with my dermatologist so I decided to check how often can I use panderm plus. On reading people's comments I got worried about side effects. Though I m only getting good effects till now I have been using it since a month on n off n since last week regularly. I m now afraid should I continue it. If not what should I do about my acne they never cease to come coz I hv pcos problem n I have tried all medicines for acne pcos that's y retorted to chemical peels n lasers which also didn't work. Only panderm gave me clear pimple free skin now I m afraid of stopping it.

It is disturbing that you are using panderm plus cream that I understand contains ofloxacin, ornidazole (antibacterials), terbinafine (antifungal) and clobetasol (very potent steroid) on your face. Please do not use steroid that too high potent steroids without a dermatologist prescription. Pcos patients usual have more acne problem due to hormonal reasons and thus require acne treatment. I need to know how long have you been using panderm plus and how frequently and how about momate. If you are using them continuously then on stopping, an acne flare is expected which needs to be controlled and accordingly steroids need to removed but slowly by reducing the potency and frequency of application. You need to consult a dermatologist.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep .take following remedies 5.alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 6.amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning

Sleeping is a habit it has got nothing got to do with age indulge yourself in more interesting activities and hobbies and games make an active daily schedule including your sleeping and waking up times and follow it strictly initially you may find it difficult but slowly you will get into the habit of not sleeping in the day time sometimes a little nap of about 15 to 30 mnts in the afternoon is very rejuvenating also make sure that you take good 7 to 8 hrs sleep in the night.

Every bride dreams of her wedding to be perfect. Right from the decorations to the food and of course, to her too, a bride would want everything to be spot on. And why wouldn’t she? After all, there’s this one day in every girl’s life where she gets to be the centre of everyone’s attention. And so, it’s important that she looks flawless, right from head to toe. 

Most brides-to-be are confused so as to what kind of a diet and beauty routine they should follow weeks before their wedding. 

So, here’s a 4 week diet guide and beauty tips for all the brides-to-be out there: 

First of all, before beginning the diet plan, make sure that you: 

• Avoid all kinds of refined sugar for example sodas, sweet treats etc. It is very common for you to get the bride jitters and hence, give in to sweet cravings. But make sure that you avoid all these completely. 

• Avoid oily food as well. Consuming oily food will surely take a toll on your skin and might lead to various skin issues. Hence, steer clear of oily food. 

• Avoid junk food too. You wouldn’t want to put on a few kilos right before your wedding, right? You wouldn’t even want your skin to look unhealthy or unclear, right? Well then, make it a point to avoid junk completely. 

4 week diet plan for brides-to-be: 

Early morning: A glass of warm water with lemon and honey. A glass of warm water with lemon and honey on an empty stomach will ensure that your digestive system is in good shape. Along with this, it will also help you in weight loss and also help you in achieving a clearer and better skin. Warm water with lemon and honey is very good for detoxifying your body. 

Breakfast: Sprouts with a serving of fruits. • Oatmeal with a serving of fruits. • Upma/ poha/ idli with a serving of fruits.Lunch: For lunch, 

Have 2 rotis along with dal, vegetables and a bowl of curd. Include a source of protein such as chole, rajma etc. twice a week.Snacks: 

For snacks, you can have: • Fruits • Roasted makhana • A serving of dry fruits and nuts • Roasted puffed rice with peanuts 

For added benefit, along with your snack you can have fresh coconut water. Along with keeping you hydrated, coconut water is full of important nutrients and will keep your skin and hair in the best of shape. 

Dinner: It’s best to keep your dinner light; especially if you are trying to lose weight. For dinner, you can have: • A salad and a soup • A serving of fruits and a after some time, a salad • Boiled vegetables • Brown rice with veg curry • Stir fried paneer/ tofu/ chicken/ fish with veggies Healthy lifestyle changes: 

Stay hydrated: This is extremely essential. Have at least 3 litres of water daily. 

Exercise: Get enough exercise; work out at least 5 to 6 times a week. 

Get your beauty sleep: Sleep at proper time every night and get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Steer clear of stress: Yes if you are getting married then it’s pretty normal to be a little stressed out; but take your time out to stay stress free and go to bed with a clear and stress-free mind. Beauty routine: Visit your beautician and get facials and hair spas done on a regular basis.
