I'm 23 yrs old male. I having gynaecomastia. I have memory problems.I'm facing difficulties in communication with other persons. I have lack of confidence in doing any task. My mood also changes frequently. I'm facing severe depression from last 7 years. And my behaviour is similer with ADHD. I read lot of meterial related to depression , ADHD, bipolar disorder and also klinefelter. I'm fearing that I have klinefelter so please give me instructions about to whom I should refer & which tests to be made for diagnosis.

You will need to consult with a sexologist, counselor, and psychiatrist to realistically discover what your problem is. In the last 7 years, some from your depression and mostly because of your adolescence, you have become very suggestible. This does not augur well because at the mere mention of some disease, you could identify with it and even produce symptoms to ratify your belief. So reading so much about different pathologies will only corrupt your mind and will never bring peace and finality to your diagnosis. Therefore, do no more self-assessment and visit a doctor who will guide you and help you understand your condition. Since you are depressed, you will have other complications and some of the symptoms may overlap with other disorders that you will easily feel that you are suffering from those diseases too. This will all make you miserable, and more depressed. You are still young and if your condition is identified early, interventions are more successful. Visit the professional soon.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Do walk daily for 2km morning n evening...eat healthy n protein rich food ...take small meals 4-5 times a day...drink plenty of water...take ashwgandha tab 1 tab twice daily.

I am 38 years old male. I have been suffering from GERD since the last three years. I had mild hiatus hernia when the endoscopy was done. Since the last two months I have severe chest pain on the upper part of my chest and underarm on the left side. I got my TMT Echo and ecg done which was ok about a month and a half ago. I can still walk and do some jogging and I don't really feel uncomfortable. The persistent pain has put me under a lot of stress. What should I do.

If cardiologist has completely evaluated you for ischaemic heart disease, then its a good initial step. Coronary angiography may be able to give right picture about the bloackages in the vessels. Gerd patient is expected to receive antireflux medicines for fair period of time to know the results of treatment. Follow up endoscopy and 24 hr ph study will be of immense help to know the efficacy. Meantime if you are a smoker, quit smoking. Avoid going to bed immediately after taking food.

I am 22 years old. I did some neck exercise which was on the internet and it resulted in leaving dark rings around my neck. This makes me look older. Please help.

Neck exercise is good for neck but it has to be done properly very slowly no jerky movement at all. It better to do this under super vision of physiotherapist. You might have done it bit more. These exercises are done for stiff neck or spondilytis pt. Give some rest to the neck muscle to recoup then learn it from physiotherapist. Then do it. It will be alright.

Instead of using hair remover creams which contain chemicals and are harmful to skin, in my opinion it's better to get waxing done which is safer even if it is a little painful procedure.

Rati modak awleh 5 gm twice a day for female partner and kamdev awleh 10 gm twice a day for male partner. Contact with ultrasound report and blood report FSH and T3, T4, TSH hormones of female partner and semen analysis report of male partner.

Take smaller meals, low in spices and fat. Eat fresh fruits and salads. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday eat an early dinner. Never lie down immediately after meals. Excercise daily. Prefer homecooked food. Avoid packaged foods.

Doctor change food habites. Add in your food vitamins, minirales,proteins, dry fruits ,fruits milk end milk products, calcium. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help. YOU take Ķeva weight gain capsule 1 in morning 30 minutes before lunch. End 1 in night for 2 month than consult me for further advice. Note your weight in your dairy with date before start capsules.

Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. There are many causes of pain in lower back region, most commonly it can be just arising out of faulty posture with weak back muascles, it can be due to degenerative disc disease, spinal canal narrowing due to several reasons, localized inflammatory or infectious causes. So causes are many but if you tell me your history, I will be able to give you an idea of what you need to do to get cured or relieved from it. Hand exercise dear you can do it easly, 1, Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. •Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. •Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. •Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. •You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. •Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. •Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. •Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. •Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. •Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an" O. •Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. For sun tan, using herbal tips like. Applying paste of pudhina leaves vth lemon juice, paste of soaked almond paste with milkc ream, aloevera juice, sandal paste vth milk cream. These all will help to get free from the tan. You must have precautionary measures like applying sunscreen lotion with suitable spf, covering exposed parts vth gloves, scarf, r using umbrella is mandatory.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.
