Hello Before thinking about weight gain you should try to regulate your metabolism and enhances your appetite. To do this start Yoga specially kapalbhati which regulate your metabolism and enhances your appetite and then whatever you'll eat it nourish your body.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. It looks like you have a torn ligament. There are four important ligaments in and around knee. Treatment varies according to which one has torn and how severe the tear is. Most likely you must have ACL tear. If it's complete tear it won't heal you have to undergo surgery.
