At three months,most of mother think,that breast milk is inadequate.its not true.If they give breast feed as per age of child in months,they will realise that weight gain is satisfactory.If you see that weight gain is less you can add cows milk fresh.and even you can give thin cereal soup in small quantity freshly prepare d at home. thanks,nice question.

Dear Lybrate-User, Do not worry, the solution to Psoriasis is available with us and many patients of severe psoriasis have been relieved from psoriasis permanently with no relapses in a comparatively short duration. As you mentioned you are suffering from psoriasis for past 10 years, I cannot suggest any medicines or local applications to you as I will require a complete case taking so that the root cause is eliminated to prevent relapse and quick relief. A normal skin cell matures in 28-30 days but a psoriatic skin takes 3 to 6 days. It can strike at any age, but most often between 15 and 35 years. Psoriasis most commonly appears on scalp, knee, elbow, hands, and feet. It rarely affects the face. The exact cause of the disease is unknown, but few related causes are: -Familial disease brought on by stress, anxiety and mental trauma. -Physical injury -Digestive upset in genetic constitution. -Infection -Drug allergies. Pressure and trauma seem to determine the localization of psoriasis. Whereas the precipitating factors of the disease are the streptococcal infection, diabetes, and purines in the diet. Both topical and systemic treatment conventionally taken may relieve scales for some time only to re-appear at a later stage. Preventive Treatment: - the treatment should be continued till the last lesion has disappeared. The relapse rate is low, if the attack is completely controlled. -general health should be studied and should be regulated so that no undue stress affects either body or mind. -A moderate war on climate frequent sunbathes before the onset of winters and visit to sulphur springs all of which are useful to bringing down the relapse ratio natural sulphur bath should be taken -In winters, animal proteins and fats should be avoided. Hello if floaters are many then consult local retina specialist as it may be associated with some retinal disease. If retina is ok, then there is nothing to worry there is no cure for floaters just avoid them.

Who is not stressed? And who doesn’t want to be stress-free? Stress is good when you are suddenly faced with danger and the body primes itself by releasing stress hormones like Cortisol for the fight and flight response. You can add Epsom salts, essential oils like Lavender to calm, cleanse and relax your body-mind. 1/3 cup ginger powder and ⅓ cup baking soda added to the water increases healing. The ginger- baking soda combination encourages circulation, sweating, and detoxification, and is also quite soothing.
  3. Practising oil pulling: Gargling with warm sesame or coconut oil helps to remove tension from the jaw and removes natural toxins from the teeth, and gums. Just sip a tablespoon or two of coconut oil and swish it inside your mouth for up to twenty minutes. Spit out and rinse with warm water.
  4. Doing Abhyanga- Ayurvedic oil massage: This ancient practice of self-massage with nourishing oils like sesame oil, calms the nervous system, lubricates and rejuvenates the muscles, and promotes healthy circulation. In addition, the oil also forms a protective sheath around the body that can help buffer your nervous system against stress. All you have to do is to massage in ¼–½ cup warm oil into your skin before a shower.
  5. Practicing Nasya: Nasya is the Ayurvedic practice of applying medicated oil to the nasal passages. This reduces stress, soothes and promotes unobstructed breathing. It also ups mental clarity.
  6. Massaging your feet before sleeping: Before turning in apply some warm oils like Sesame, Brahmi or Bhringraj to ground your energy and soothe your nervous system. This also promotes sound sleep. If you sleep well, your stress levels will automatically come down.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

Doe smoking really cost losing memory? I have been smoking for 4 years and no I forget things so easily and earlier I use to be a sharp memory kind of guy. Is this smoking effect or I am over thinking?

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9.Consult me for further advice
