Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 23 year old cricket player, a bowler and I have the problem that I can't throw more than 2 overs with same potential continuously and even I can't throw a ball more than 3 times with my full strength as my hand starts paining in the elbow joint on the flat side not on the pointed elbow.

You need to work on your rotator cuff musculature. Usually strengthening and stretching of the cuff and muscles around the shoulder helps. Once the endurance builds you wil not be experiencing any difficulty in throwing. Though thorough evaluation of shoulder and elbow is needed. I would recommend a visit to a sports physiotherapist nearby.

Regular massage will help but not a cure' it will give u temporary relief' my advice to u is concentrate on exercises that is only method to get relief from this pain and consult a rheumatologist.

Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

I am a housewife I do all my chores on my own and I m a mother of 2 year old baby I had c section I want to loose my weight and belly fat pls tell me vegetarian diet and also doctor told me that I have low hemoglobin. Also most of the time after baby I have lower back pain when I stand continuously for 1 or 2 hours. Before having baby in my teens I had regularly neck and shoulders pain mostly after waking up. You had to take proper rest after your c section. Lumber belts are available to reshape the belly after operation. You should do exercise daily and avoid to eat extra calorie.Avoid to eat too much potato rice sweets cold drink and ice cream. Take ferrum phos 6x 4 tines daily and five phos 4 times daily. Lumber anaesthesia given at the time of operation causes pain after ward. Do hot fomentation at the affected site .Do exercise of lumber region gently. sleep on hard bed. Maintain right posture of the body during your routine work.
