Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Hello mr, if you have diabetes for many years, if it is not in proper control, peripheral nerves related problems do occur. One them could be related to snesory affection. Therefore, it essential to take precautions like not to walk bare foot, use proper foot ware, examine the feet daily to see if any injury has occurred. Please let me know if fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c %. Also the medication being taken, based on these I may be able to guide.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) In this disease pain and stiffness start in small joints such as in hands (fingers) feet, and wrist joint . These methods are helpful you in • Take half teaspoon of haldi in one glass milk daily .This will reduce inflammation of your joints . • Take 100 gm jaggery (gur) and 30 gm of dry ginger powder mix it and make 5 gm tablets and take a tablet daily with water in morning after meal. • If you have pain in joint massage it with lukewarm oil daily . • Move your joint daily and do some muscle streching exercise .this will reduce stiffness in your joints. • Avoid junk food and eat healthy food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits daily .

Dear sir, mouth cancers present as ulceration, over growth, bleeding, difficulty in swallowing or eating, Lymph node enlargement in neck region. For numbness you must see a neurophysician. One need to examine in person to understand what kind of numbness or swelling present, as it is not signifying any particular disease. There may be some tumours having paraneoplastic symptoms but can't relate without examination.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Take rest for few days. Then buildup stamina gradually. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If its a superficial would then clean it daily with betadine solution and apply mupirocin ointment and do dressing daily. If it is very deep then visit your nearest doctor for better assessment and to rule out infection or deep tissue trauma.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
