Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Mentrual problem is there - are you getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Pulsatilla 200/ once daily for 10 days (not to take during menstrual flow), Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. It could be due to fibroids, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis, endometriosis, irregular hormone therapy, intrauterine device and ovarian cysts and tumours. An ultrasound and gynecological checkup is needed.

I have infections on my vagina. A doctor advised me to put olive oil in the affected part. I think I put it abusively. I put too much olive oil whenever my vagina itch and the olive oil works instantly, the itch will be gone in an instant. But now, i'm suffering from some urinating problems. My bladder hurts so bad whenever I pee. Especially when I am about to finish peeing. I mean, when the urine coming out of my vagina is decreasing. I feel so bad about my bladder. I saw blood in my urine. Just a little bit. I don't know where does it came from since I have an infection, but I must say that my wounds are healed and I think the blood came from my bladder. It hurst so bad, I can't sleep cause i'm peeing every 30 seconds. It is so painful. I'm thinking does the olive oil entered my vagina and causing this pain? What about the blood? What are the medicines I am going to take? Please help me, I need your help so bad. Thank you.

Hi you may be having urine infection please start this treatment empirically and please do following two test before starting treatment 1- complete urine examination 2- urine culture and sensitivity report please start this medication after giving your urine sample today t nitrofurantoin 100 mg bd for 7 days t urispas bd for 5 days syp citrlaika two tea spoonful with water thrice in. No no do not get afraid nor mally firs sex sometimes becomes painful becausr ot tearing of hymen of vagina so one should go slow and properly lubricate the vagina with some cream and have some forepklay of sex so thatb the vagina gets lubricated and then it will easier and it varies from person to person.

4 Myths on IVF You Should Stop Believing Right Now

In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is one of the popular Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) for treating infertility and helping couples to conceive.

But lack of understanding about the IVF treatment has given rise to a number of myths such as:

Myth 1: IVF never fails but is always successful
The success of the procedure depends on a number of factors such as quality and quantity of embryos and age. It is said that chances of conception decreases with age, with women above 40 reporting reduced fertility potential as well as success rate. On the other hand, women below the age of 35 have about 41% chance of getting pregnant.

Myth 2: IVF increases your fertility levels
Instead of making you more fertile, IVF stops your natural fertility cycle. This is usually done through hormones that are taken at the beginning of the process. The aim of such an action is to essentially put an end to your natural fertility process and create in its place an artificial cycle.

Myth 3: It causes you to have triplets or twins

If uterine os is closed (get sono report or pv exam) and there is not much of pain in uterus every day. You can do walking 1 kms. Breasthing exercise. Relxation exercises.

U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.

Its not cancer for sure. Cancer will never cause pain. Its probably related to your age - either because 1] your breasts are enlarging/ growing or 2] related to your menses or 3] Costochondritis - which means a peculiar condition affecting the joint of the ribs under your chest Kindly give more information regarding your menstrual cycle and if the pain is cyclical or non cyclical.

Hello doctor ,i'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and its my first pregnancy , I had mifepristone 200 mg 2 pills on 18th and misoprostol 200 mp 2pills on 20th orally and 2pills vaginal and I puked after 15 mins if misoprostol ,i had heavy cramps and nauseous feeling ,bt very lil bleeding and I bleed and stop and bleed again and now its 22nd can I start the process again or should I go for d and c . Pls guide me properly and pls tell me if there are any complications now.

bleeding can be varied after taking these pills but before calling it a failure you should wait for 14 days and get a scan to see for any retained products,get dand c only if its proved to be incomplete. after any oral medication if you vomit within 30 min its recommended to repeat but nothing to be done now just keep patience.

The 7-Day Detox Diet: Time to Get Healthy & Active
Smooth digestion and absorption of nutrients along with your liver’s efficient processing of toxins are absolutely critical for great health. That’s why a cleanse program can be a powerful tool to rejuvenate your body and skin from the inside out.

The key to comfortable cleanse is to ease yourself into the program, so that your body doesn’t go into a shock. Five days before you begin your detox, progressively eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars, saturated fats and all processed foods. These can add as toxins in your body.

Increase fiber intake to help keep your colon clean. Along with the fiber from fruits and vegetables, include two tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water to eliminate toxins from your body. Don’t forget to drink lots of filtered water- at least eight glasses per day.

Another deterrent to good health is stress, as it triggers your body to release stress hormones. It’s a good idea to cleanse stressful life situations along with your body. Keep a diary and take a note not only of what you eat and drink but also your emotions.

I hope you are sufficiently motivated, now let’s get started with the specifics.

DAY 1
Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.

BREAKFAST: Fresh vegetables juice (choose from the list below)
Carrots
Beetroot
Celery
Mint
Coriander
Parsley
Wheatgrass
Spinach
Kale

Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your juice, for that extra fiber and power boost. (I don’t recommend juicing fruits as that will shoot up your sugar levels and we don’t want that happening).

LUNCH: Raw or lightly steamed vegetables with a variety of seasonal preferably organic vegetables .

You can choose from the following:
Mushrooms
Spinach
Mustard leaves
Fenugreek leaves
Beetroot
Broccoli
Cabbage
Capsicums
Pumpkins
Carrots
Onions
Garlic
Ginger

DINNER: Vegetable stew

In a large saucepan, saute onions and garlic. Then add your favourite veggies, saute for another 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of filtered water and sea salt. Slow cook till the veggies are done. You could blend the ingredients for a thick broth or eat it as is with chunks of veggies.

SNACKS: Drink as much water, unsweetened herbal tea as you wish during the day. Aim for at least 8 glass of water within the day. Make a trail mix of nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds. Eat low GI fruits like guava, pear, apple, orange, strawberries, peach, plums and apricots.

DAY 2
Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

BREAKFAST: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in. Choose from the list of juicing vegetables provided earlier.

LUNCH: Lightly cooked vegetables with quinoa and baby spinach salad.

DINNER: Vegetable stew with stir-fried red and yellow capsicums and broccoli, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

ANY TIME SNACKS: Choose from the snack list given for Day 1.


DAY 3
Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.

BREAKFAST: 3/4 of cup of natural yoghurt with sliced fresh fruits, sprinkle with chia seeds, sliced almonds and walnuts and drizzle with a little raw honey if desired. You can follow this with green tea or herb tea.

LUNCH: Lentil and Vegetable Stew

Saute 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal, 1 cup of your favourite veggies, small pieces of ginger and two cloves of garlic in some extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste. Slow cook till the dal and veggies are done, garnish with coriander or parsley.

DINNER: Raw Papaya and Carrot Salad

Toss 2 cups of lettuce, 1 grated carrot and 1/2 raw papaya together. Mix 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice and drizzle over the top.

ANY TIME SNACKS: Choose from the snack list


DAY 4

BREAKFAST: Coconut Banana Power Smoothie

100 grams of natural yoghurt or organic coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of cold pressed coconut oil, and 1 or 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender.

LUNCH: 1 bowl of vegetable stew with a cup of quinoa or amaranth.

DINNER: Lentil and vegetable Stew.

ANY TIME SNACKS: Choose from the snack list


DAY 5
Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

BREAKFAST: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in.

LUNCH: Steamed vegetables of choice with fresh herbs, drizzled with olive oil and crushed pumpkin seeds. Combine this with 1/2 cup organic brown rice and a handful of almonds.

DINNER: Salad of fresh rocket leaves with thinly sliced strips of red capsicum, slices of fresh mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Toss with virgin olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs.

ANY TIME SNACKS: Choose from the snack list


DAY 6
Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.
Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

BREAKFAST: Make a fruit compote of dried prunes, apricots, peaches and apples pre-soaked in filtered water and sprinkled with flaked almonds and 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. Have it with some plain yogurt.

LUNCH: Lentil and vegetable soup with 1/2 cup of brown rice and amaranth.

DINNER: Raw Papaya and Carrot Salad

ANY TIME SNACKS: Choose from the snack list.


DAY 7
