Exercises will not bring back virginity. You need hymenoplasty surgery. Consult a general surgeon or gynaecologist.

Do not worry. Papaya dosent harm pregnancy in any way. It is believed that raw papaya contains a chemical which is considered abortifacient but its not proven as such. Ripened papaya is completely safe.

Dry hump pregnancy risk? Have you ever heard it that one got pregnant from dry humping?

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), PGDHHM, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Dry hump pregnancy risk? Have you ever heard it that one got pregnant from dry humping?
Dry humping mean that there is no fluid involved in the sexual act, and therefore, you will not get pregnant with dry humping. As long as you and your partner are wearing clothes while humping or grinding you should be safe. Without the ejaculate entering your vagina, it's impossible to become pregnant.

Antenatal (before birth) hydronephrosis (fluid-filled enlargement of the kidney) can be detected in a fetus by ultrasound as early as the first trimester of a pregnancy. Depending upon the abnormality, ultrasound imaging may be needed throughout pregnancy and after a baby is born. Antenatal (before birth) hydronephrosis (fluid-filled enlargement of the kidney) can be detected in a fetus by ultrasound as early as the first trimester of a pregnancy. During pregnancy, this condition is identified in 1 percent of males and 0.5 percent of females. Typically, this condition is not associated with abnormalities in other organ systems. Prenatal intervention is almost never required, and amniotic fluid is usually normal. Depending upon the abnormality, ultrasound imaging may be needed throughout pregnancy and after a baby is born. In most cases, this diagnosis does not affect when, where or how a baby is delivered. Surgery is required in a small percentage of children during infancy and childhood. What causes antenatal hydronephrosis? This is the most commonly detected condition on prenatal imaging. This prenatal ultrasound image shows minimal renal pelvic dilation of less than 5 mm in both kidneys. The most common site is where the renal pelvis joins the ureter (the duct by which urine passes from the kidney to the bladder). Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJ) is estimated to be present in one in 1,000 infants. Obstruction may also occur where the ureter joins the bladder, known as ureterovesical junction obstruction (UVJ) or megaureter. The incidence of this condition is one in 2,500 infants and more than 90 percent of these cases improve without surgery. As result, the kidney cannot produce urine and does not develop normally. The kidney has no function. Fortunately, this usually only affects one kidney. Given that the other kidney is normal (and compensates for the absence of another functioning kidney), infants with a multicystic kidney are usually born with entirely normal overall kidney function. Testing and treatment during pregnancy In nearly all instances of antenatal hydronephrosis, ultrasound monitoring is all that is necessary. For most cases, a pregnancy is not affected, and a normal delivery can be performed. In the rare fetus with severe obstruction of both kidneys and insufficient amniotic fluid, prenatal intervention to relieve the obstruction is a consideration. Evaluation for possible intervention requires multiple specialties such as neonatology, pediatric urology and maternal-fetal medicine. Testing and treatment following birth Your baby may be placed on a low-dose, once-a-day antibiotic to prevent urinary tract infection. Since an ultrasound performed in the first few days after your baby is born may underestimate the degree of this condition, the first ultrasound is usually conducted following discharge from the hospital. However, there are circumstances when an ultrasound will be conducted prior to your baby’s discharge. This may be necessary because of: bilateral dilation decreased amniotic fluid complications following birth uncertainty regarding the ultrasound diagnosis.

Medical kit with 5 tabs is available with instructions to take for 3 days. Process starts next day. Get checked by doctor if bleeding does not stop after 10 days as one of the side effects of medical abortion is incomplete + septic abortion. Take care about family planning after 2 kids. IUCD is safe if fitted correctly.

Gynaecological Problems: Signs and Symptoms You Should not Ignore

Gynaecological Problems: Signs and Symptoms You Should not Ignore

Gynaecological problems are all the disorders associated with the female reproductive system. These generally manifest themselves in the reproductive organs situated in the abdominal, pelvic and breast areas of the body. A woman age plays an important role in these cases since the problems are generally associated with hormone changes that take place with ageing.

Such disorders are common and in most cases, arise due to an infection or hormone level fluctuation that usually eases in a few days. Many gynaecological problems are potentially life-threatening and may severely damage fertility, and the chances of procreation. Recognition and early treatment of these problems are thus of utmost importance.

Following are the most common symptoms of gynaecological disorders:

  • Vaginal bleeding between periods and during/after sexual intercourse
  • Frequent and urgent need to urinate or a burning sensation during urination
  • Excessive growth of body hair
  • Sores, lumps or boils in the genital or breast area
  • Severe pelvic pain that differs from menstrual cramps
  • Pain or discomfort during intercourse
  • Menstrual periods lasting for more than 7 days
  • Itching, burning, swelling, redness or soreness in the vaginal area
  • Vaginal discharge with an unpleasant or unusual odour, or of an unusual colour
  • While vaginal bleeding and discharge are essential parts of the menstrual cycle, if these happen in excess or at unusual times, it becomes symptomatic of a gynaecological disorder.

The signs of gynaecological problems often resemble that of urological ailments and other medical syndromes. Recognising these symptoms and consulting a gynaecologist immediately ensures quick alleviation of the problem.

Ignoring them will lead to several maladies such as:

Vulvodynia - This is the term for disorders of the vulva, whose symptoms include pain, itching, swelling and soreness of the vulva.
Vaginitis - This includes all infections of the vagina, such as herpes, yeast infections, Chlamydia, etc. Problems of the vulva also fall into this category.
Organ failure - Pelvic pain is a symptom of dysfunction in one of the organs in the pelvic area - uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, lower intestines, or rectum.
Cancer - In some cases, gynaecological problems refer to various cysts and tumours in the reproductive system, which could develop into cancer.
