Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity.

Kindly specify the birth weight and gestation at which the baby was born. Was he hospitalised at the time of birth and any other event which happened during birth. Yes you should supplement vit d either oral / or iv.

You can try from very next month. Cause for early abortion are mostly genetic. So with history of one abortion ,any test is not recommended. Only continue Folic acid and try for pregnancy once you have good menses.

I am 23 year old boy. I went to neurologist for my migraine pain in 2013. But the doctor abused me addictive antidepressants without my knowing. I took those medicines from Jan 2013 to june 2013. The following medicines were taken÷ 1>Provanol SR 40 2>Newcita plus 3>Dicorate ER 250 4>Zanocin OD 400 5>Headset Now I feel weakness of my body. My weight fell down from 70 kg to 55 kg. Before the treatment of neurologist I did not used to have depression. After the treatment of neurologist in 2013 I became plaque by bad health and depression as well.

Gradually stop all medications.. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. Everytime I consume milk I get allergy like dry coughing and at times suffocation kind of feeling which is why I have stopped consuming it. Do you have any solution to it. How can I start consuming milk again as I go to gym everyday.

Hi I am 32 years old mother of one kid. I am a banker by profession. I am experiencing lower back pain from 10-15 days. My work profile is such that I spend most of my time sitting and working on computer. I spend 8-9 hours daily at office, most of the time sitting in front of computer. I leave home at 8: 30am and reach by 8: 30-9: 00 p. M. Daily. One more thing I am a lazy bug and don't exercise. Please advise.

1. stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3.Eat healthy diet 4.Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5.Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6.Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7.develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation(1-2 times/week) 9.Get adequate sleep(7-8hours daily) 10.take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet.
