Being under weight could be due to many reasons like genetics, metabolic reasons, lack of adequate food intake, gastro intestinal disorders, malabsorption problems, over exercise and hyperthyroidism. If you have any of these based on the assessment of doctor, specific treatment may have to be taken. Have checked thyroid functions? if that is normal then you have to eat well, take foods like cheese, milk, protein powders, fruits, nuts etc in addition to normal diet. Also exercise daily to increase the appetite.

Use protective glasses or helmet while driving. Wash your eyes with clean water. Use eyedrop zoneph thrice and genteal four times aday. Also get your vision checked and refraction done.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

I am 21 years old male. And having pain in TMJ region. The pain start in 2012 and the treatment also going on. My dentist start treatment with braces in my teeth and also gave a plate which I used to wear in mouth for at least 10 hours. But yet I do not hve relief from this pain. Due to tgis disorder I feel so much pain in ear especially at winters. please doctors give me best suggestion.

Kindly consult an Oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, TMJ open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Replace posterior teeth if they are missing. Advise mouth opening exercise & side to side movement for the jaw muscles or the use of anti-inflammatory medicines and painkillers. For people who grind their teeth or clench their jaw, a bite-appliance may be made which corrects the way in which the jaw works and reduces the stresses and loads on it. This can be disposed of when normal function is restored. As oral & maxillo-facial surgeon, may be required to perform surgery on the TMJ.

This necessirily can not be weakness. It could be lack of knowledge of art of sex like advancement techniques, foreplay and to judge timing for penetrating. If everything is ok then premature ejaculation can be corrected by stambhan herbs and if there is any erection strength problem, that can also be corrected. 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.
