Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello lybrate user for removing black heads take 2tsf of baking soda add equal amount of water make a paste and apply on black heads slightly rub it keep for 10 min and wash with water use this twice a week. Symptoms of kidneys stone pain in abdomen starting from lumber region going in forward direction, nausea, vomiting, burning micturation, difficulty in passing urine sometime.

Hi. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Cap trichup, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. Tips:- 1. Wash hair regularly with lukewarm to cold water to keep the scalp clean and healthy 2. Avoid combing hair when wet since it is prone to breakage at such time.

As your history you are already taking so much of medication. And you need Good Physiotherapy treatment. So you need to do following: 1. Do isometric quadriceps exercise. 2. Use Hot pack while there is pain.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast, junk foods. Take simpal veg food with salad. Take milk in night after dinner will help you. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking. Wash face with neem face wash morning end night.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid all cold drinks including aerated water & refrigerated foods, have more of water fluids, tea, coffee, milk, soup - do steam inhalation twice a day regularly - take tablet levocetrizine, 5 mg, 1 tablet daily an hour before bedtime - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food - chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast for a week.

This is called phobia. Internal frustration and internal frustrated thoughts are main cause of phobia. Some cases past incidents and past bad memories are also one of the cause of phobia. Express internal frustrated thoughts to your close friends and family members. Do not think about past incidents. Stress may also cause for increase your sugar level. Better to stress management techniques. Relaxing so much of time. Eating new food items. Visiting new places, spending most of the time with friends. Joyful environment. Create your own recreation channel. Take good diet. Do not eat night time food. Beaway of sugar content food. Take precautions even tea and coffee. Walk more time. Take regular medicine for sugar. Diet control and walking is more important for sugar patents. Most of the time do not think sugar level. Feel always comfortable. Three months if you take precautions sugar level automatically. Come down. Maintain good relations with others. Be sociable. Be happy all time. Do not sit alone. Be share each and everything to others. Best of luck.
