  1. Live happier: Life is a constant struggle. From unexpected changes to life altering moments, we constantly face stress, tension and sometimes depression. Those who we know living a happy life also face the same situations. The difference is how they choose to find happiness despite facing adversities. Stress speeds up the aging process. When you are stressed, it creates an imbalance of hormones causing collateral damage. To cut down stress, spend more time doing things that make you happy. Choose a hobby like painting or stress busters like yoga and exercise.
  2. Water is the secret sauce: We've heard it a hundred times that having 8 glasses of water a day can do us good, but this is one reason that is going to get you running to that jug in your kitchen much faster. Human body is made of 60% water and it is a key ingredient to keep our organs functioning smooth. It'll improve your digestive system, keep your bowels running up and smooth, help flush out toxins from the body and improve the moisture content in your skin which in turn will keep it soft and supple. The trick is to also know when to have water. Starting your day with a couple of glasses of lukewarm water and never have it with your meals.
  3. Eat fruits & vegetables: It is important to eat the right serving of fruits and vegetables daily, as they are rich source of vitamins and minerals and protect your skin from free radicals and cellular damage. From cucumber and tomato to fruits like papaya, each provides it own set of exfoliating benefits, which firm up your skin, improve your complexion, get rid of fine lines and slows down the aging naturally.

Hair tips for better hair growth and prevent hair fall - 1. Having a healthy diet - Having a diet which is full of protein, vitamins and minerals is an important aid towards having healthier hair growth. Consume food which is high in vitamin A, B, C and E. Vitamin B-complex is another very effective vitamin for promoting hair growth. For the minerals, try and consume iron, copper, zinc, selenium and magnesium. Walnuts, beans, flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are great for hair growth You could also have some juices of fruits and veggies, like orange, grapefruit or carrot, lettuce and beet 2. Castor oil has a high content of vitamin E and essential fatty acids, like omega 9. This is why it is an essential ingredient which helps to promote hair growth. Castor oil is too thick to be applied directly, which is why you must dilute it with oil like coconut, almond or olive. Massage your hair with the oil (jaborandi) mix and leave it on for 30-45 minutes. You could also slightly get it heated. Shampoo your hair and condition as regular. 3. Regular scalp massage - When you massage your scalp, it promotes blood circulation which in turn stimulates our hair follicles. Along with that, deep condition the hair once a week with warm oil treatment or a deep conditioning hair mask. 4. Staying stress-less - Stress is one of the worst factors which contribute to hair loss. Stress disrupts the regular hair cycle and boosts strands of hair to fall out of place. You need to calm your senses and promote lesser stress! For handling stress, try and mediate, do breathing exercises or practice other relaxation techniques 5. Egg masks - Egg is an important ingredient from promoting better hair growth. They are full of protein and are added on with minerals like iron, sulfur, selenium, zinc, etc. Use an egg mask once or twice a month for promoting healthy hair and improved growth 6. Vitamin and herbal supplements - Supplements of folic acid, biotin, flaxseed oil, are some common elements for hair growth. Supplements of folic acid and biotin will have Vitamin B complex which aids to better hair growth. 7. Nourish hair with aloe vera - Aloe vera improves hair growth and protects from hair loss. You also reduce dandruff and restore the natural shine. Take fresh aloe vera gel and add some lemon juice to it Apply and let it soak for 20 minutes Shampoo the hair (arnica shampoo) and repeat once a week 8. Be hydrated, have proper sleep, do oil your scalp twice a week for homeopathic medicines, contact us.

I am 24 year old male. I am under medication by a psychiatrist. The medicines prescribed by my doctor are as follows 1.Soltus OD 200, 2. Licab XL, 3. Bexol dt, 4. Penridol Despite the medication I still suffer from mental fatigue. Please suggest a solution I was prescribed these drugs after I had suffered from auditory hallucinations. I am taking them from the past 5 months. My mental fatigue problem is from 8 years and no doctor has been able to give a solution. Please help I have been taking this medication since 10 months. I also experienced suspicion and precursory ideas along with auditory hallucination. But now I don’t have any of the above symptoms. Unfortunately some psychiatric disorders are chronic (continuous or long-term) in nature. Just like some physical conditions like diabetes (sugar) or some kind of arthritis (pain due to inflammation of joints) which can't be permanently cured but can be controlled or managed from getting worse and reducing the symptoms like pain, fever restricted mobility in case of arthritis and dizziness, deterioration of functions of other organs like kidneys, heart, eyes etc. In cases of diabetes by means of modern medicines, physiotherapy and life-style modifications. Likewise, it seems to me that you have been taking drugs for stabilizing your mood swings and other psychotic symptoms which appear to be chronic. You have to accept that you have got to live with these undesirable conditions at first which may give you an immense relaxation. On the other hand, you can improve your quality of life by making some lifestyle modifications such as working within your physical and mental capacities, going for a brisk walk everyday, attending yoga classes, expanding your social network and thereby increasing your emotional support system and more importantly making regular, periodical visit to your psychiatrist etc, don't lose hope. Certainly you can make your life for the better if you have the strong will to do.

How to lose weight with fibrous foods?

Body composition is never the same for two individuals with the same body weight and of the same sex. It is vital to view your weight loss in light of your body composition. Since muscle occupies less space in your body than fat, leanness is determined by one's body composition and weight. The term body composition refers to the percentage of bone, fat, muscle and water content in your body.

Irrespective of the body composition you may have, if you're planning to lose weight naturally, having fibrous foods can help you to achieve that optimal body weight. The study suggests that people who have fiber in their diet tend to have healthy body weight. Fiber is basically carbohydrate present in plant foods such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. In comparison to other forms of carbohydrates, fiber is not easily digested by the body. A sudden fainting in a 74 years lady having diabetes and asthma, should get investigated to r/o sick sinus syndrome, any arrythmia by ecg and holter. Also r/o transient ischaemic attack.
