Your weight should be 54 kg as per your height. In order to gain weight, here are some tips- 1. Have small meals which are low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density at regular intervals (every 2-3 hrs). Ex- aloo- paratha, bread with jam/peanut butter, almond milkshake, mango juice, til ladoo, peanut chikki, cheese-omlette, hilsa/pomfret, chicken, atta-maida roti with ghee, rice with ghee, thick creamy soup, paneer/soyabean cutlet. 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Avoid drinking water just before/ along with the meal. Keep 1/2-1 hr gap 3. Practice resistance exercises in gym for building lean body mass.

What is your age? chek whether you got bp. If it happens again press the nose with your hand kerchief for 5-10 mts by applying ice cold water, while breathing with mouth. It stops automatically. If it is recurrent see a ent surgeon for further advice.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. According to your height your weight should be 63-65 kg . To reduce weight have balanced and proper diet . You should consult some dietician or paln your diets . You should take small and frequent meals .Drink 10 -12 glass of water per day . Include fruits in your diet .Eat salads .Early and light dinners . By following these tips you can lose weight gradually.

I am 56 years old fit person. My problem is gastric trouble I have taken many alopathic, ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine but no result I am in delhi. When I go to my native city kanpur I found no problem. Is this atmosphere and water problem. How can I get rid of this problem. ur prostate is absolutely normal.. get ur urine examined first to rule out any infection.. acidity can be due to various reasons even due to water and food change..follow these tips for reducing acidity: -Relax and eat food slowly Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension. -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -drink only RO filtered water -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food -TREATMENT: -mucaine gel syp 2 tsp twice daily will help -tablet Rabicip-D. taken twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

प्रत्येक युवक की यह तमन्ना होती है कि उसकी भुजाएँ बलिष्ठ हों और चेहरे से ज्यादा आकर्षण पूरे शरीर में दिखे। इसके लिए वे तरह-तरह के व्यायाम करते हैं और अत्याधुनिक मशीनी सुविधाओं से सज्जित जिम में भी जाते हैं। मगर क्या आप जानते हैं कि मजबूत भुजाएँ और बलिष्ठ शरीर के लिए कैल्शियम का कितना महत्व है?

आइए देखते हैं हमारे भोजन मे यह किस तरह से मिलता है और शरीर को मजबूती प्रदान करता है। इसके महत्व को आमतौर पर सभी माताएँ जानती हैं। बच्चों को दिन में दो-तीन बार जबरन दूध पिलाने वाली आज की माताएँ जानती हैं कि कैल्शियम उसकी बढ़ती हड्डियों के लिए कितना जरूरी है। वहीं पुराने समय की या कम पढ़ी-लिखी ग्रामीण माताएँ भी इतना तो अवश्य जानती थीं कि दूध पीने से बच्चे का डील-डौल व कद बढ़ता है। यह बच्चे को चुस्त व बलिष्ठ भी बनाता है। भले ही उन्हें दूध में पाए जाने वाले अनमोल कैल्शियम का ज्ञान न हो, जो बच्चों की हड्डियों, दाँतों के स्वरूप, उनके आकार व उन्हें स्वस्थ व मजबूत बनाने में अति सहायक सिद्ध हुआ है। इसी कैल्शियम की निरंतर कमी के कारण बच्चों के दाँत, हड्डियाँ व शरीर कमजोर हो जाते हैं।

'आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति' में भी कैल्शियम का बड़ा महत्व है। कैल्शियम को कमजोर व पतली हड्डियों को मजबूत करने, दिल की कमजोरी, गुर्दे की पथरियों को नष्ट करने और महिलाओं के मासिक धर्म से संबंधित रोगों के उपचार में लाभकारी पाया गया है।
इसलिए हमें प्रतिदिन कैल्शियम तत्व निम्न रूप से लेना चाहिए-
• गर्भवती व दूध पिलाने वाली महिलाओं के लिए 1200 मिलीग्राम।
• 6 मास से छोटे बच्चों के लिए 400 मिलीग्राम।
• 6 मास से 1 वर्ष के बच्चों के लिए 600 मिलीग्राम।
• 1 वर्ष से 10 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों के लिए 800 मिलीग्राम।
• 11 वर्ष से ऊपर सभी आयु वर्ग के लिए 1200 मिलीग्राम।

दैनिक भोजन में हमें कुछ पदार्थों से कैल्शियम तत्व मिल सकता है जैसे पनीर, सूखी मछली, राजमा, दही, गरी गोला, सोयाबीन आदि। इसी प्रकार दूध एक गिलास (गाय) से 260 मिलीग्राम, दूध एक गिलास (भैंस) से 410 मिलीग्राम कैल्शियम मिलता है। प्रेशर कुकर में पकाए गए चावल, मोटे आटे की रोटी से हमें काफी कैल्शियम मिल सकता है। कैल्शियम उचित मात्रा में खाने से हमारी बुद्धि प्रखर होती है और तर्क शक्ति भी बढ़ती है। हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों में भी यह तत्व पाया जाता है

If you have been trying for a year I suggest you both get basic fertility investigations done. These include semen analysis, HSG, Hormonal profile. Serum FSH,LH,prolactin and testosterone for your wife is advised anyway as she has irregular cycles along with a pelvic USG.
