These symptoms seems to be due to neuropathy which may result of nerve compression or inflammation. Its better to switch over to ayurvedic treatment. Ayurveda treatment can give you good results for sure. Meanwhile keep taking neurobion fort.

Decrease activities that increase patellofemoral pressure (eg, jumping, squatting). Cryotherapy: apply ice for 20-30 minutes, 4-6 times per day, especially after activity. An elastic knee support that has a central opening cut out for the kneecap sometimes helps. A physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles. Exercises can also be used to stretch and balance the thigh muscles. In some cases surgery may be indicated.

Hi I can understand your problem. 1 relax & stay positive. 2 take hot and cold fomentation. 3 learn posture care exercise. 4 use lumber support. 5 take break every 20 minutes. 6 do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Please do share investigation reports if you have any.

5 Common Injuries Faced by Athletes

Too much of something is never a good idea. Running is a great way to exercise, but if you don't run in moderation and do not take care of yourself, you could foresee more than one health problem. If you push yourself too hard as a runner, you could face one of more of these running problems.

Runner's knee: If the bones in your knee shift out of alignment, the condition is called runner's knee. This is one of the most common overuse injuries. At first you may not realize it, but with time, this can cause the cartilage in the knee to wear out. This can create excruciating pain. A few simple ways of making yourself more comfortable are:

  • Squatting
  • Walking up and down stairs
  • Bending your knee while sitting

Stress fracture: A stress fracture is a small crack in the shin bone or one of the bones in your foot. This can happen if you suddenly over exert without giving your body time to get used to running. Since it is only a crack, a doctor will not normally out your leg or foot in a cast. The only way to let your bones heal in such a condition is to rest it.

Shin splint: Flat footed people are most susceptible to shin splints. Shin splints can be caused by stress fractures and overused or weakened muscles. To treat a shin splint, give your leg plenty of rest and gently stretch it. Give yourself a few weeks to recover before you start running again.

Achilles tendinitis: Inflammation of the Achilles tendon is known as Achilles tendinitis. The Achilles tendon attaches the calf muscle to the heel. Suddenly increasing the distance you run in a day is the most common cause of Achilles tendinitis. The most common symptom of this condition is pain and stiffness around the ankle. Ice the area to deal with the immediate pain and discomfort. Your ankle will also need plenty of rest to properly heal. Stretching the calf muscles can also prove to be beneficial.

Muscle pulls: Almost every runner suffers from a muscle pull at some point or the other. A muscle pull can be defined as a small tear in the muscle. Muscle pulls usually affect the hamstrings, quadriceps, calf and groin. To treat a muscle tear, keep your leg elevated; give it plenty of rest and use an ice pack or compression pack on the area.

Apart from these, a few other injuries that runners often suffer from include ankle sprains, blisters, IT band syndrome and plantar fasciitis. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform. Consult an eye doctor also.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Ankle injuries rarely result in nerve injury as ligaments or bones are broken in it. Get a nerve conduction test to look for the exact nerve damaged and also the amount of damage.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. Thank you for the query. Heel pain may arise due to a number of causes. One of the commonest being a calcaneal spur (a small bony projection from the heel bone, calcaneum). An x-ray ankle joint (lateral view) proves the diagnosis. You need to wear soft soled shoes and pain-killers like paracetamol may be used. Ice pack local application may be done. As per the details provided, your bmi is borderline (25.78 kg/m2), hence weight reduction may be useful. Increased uric acid may be a cause, but this is unlikely to affect both heels together. Nevertheless, you can get a serum uric acid done. Calcium and vitamin d supplements may help. Degenerative bone disease may be another cause. Please get in touch with an orthopaedic surgeon for further advice. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user, your fracture must have been healed you can start contrast bath (hot water and cold water) by immersing your leg in a tub you will be relieved from your pain later you can do strengthening exercises for your ankle and foot. Wish you speedy recovery.

I m 23 years old, and I have right knee ligament injury from 3 month, I have met several Dr, after 2 month one Dr. said its not ligament injury and he took out some water and pain decreased by 70% but, some times it still pain what may causes. Did it because of ligament injury or not.
