What are the symptoms for dengue fever?
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

I am 21 years old. From few days around 1 month, I feel too weakness , I couldn't get energy to do anything and every time I slept for a long time after being weak. So what should I do now.

You might be allergic to cold and may be dome dust or mite yiu have to protect yourself from these things and take tab cetrizine as and when required.

There are number of ways for you 1. Take medicated water like ginger water 2. Avoid water 1 hour before and after meals 3. Inc your appetite 4. Eat right food at right time.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the mrng n go for walk.

1. Do betadine gargle 2-3 times daily 2. Avoid drinking cold water, have luke warm water, tea, coffee, hot soup 3. Take throat lozenges, 4. Give voice rest 5. Avoid smoking 6. If no relief you have to take antibiotic 7. Consult doctor /me for further advice.

It may be a viral pharyngitis. Do warm saline gargle. Take paracetamol 500 for fever. Take plenty of water and fluid. It will take few days to completely free of symptoms.

What is the current treatment? best is to takachie basal analogue insulin like injection basalog. Start with 10 units in the morning add two units on alternate days if target level is not achieved. You have to do self monitoring of sugar levels every day. Tight sugar control is must at your age. Also control your weight and food intake.

.this cervical pain is due to no cervical exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff .... when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start..... in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI ....DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation .... so consult ayurvedic doctor near you ... you will definitely get good result ..

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

hi, you may try relaxation technique which in Hindi called pranayam. you just have to inhale stomach Full of air through your nose slowly, pause for two seconds and then exhale fully through your mouth. Again take pause of two seconds before inhaling. Repeat this cycle for four five minutes daily. It will help you to reduce stress.

For fever and weakness of 3 days. You may try bed rest, plenty of liquid intake and paracetamol tablets for 2 -3 days. If no relief you should see your doctor for clinical examination, related investigations and advice.

There are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain so please do private consultation with a physiotherapist. You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming.
