How can we differentiate between headache and migraine? What must be done when we get a migraine?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Migraine headaches are intense or severe and often have accompanying symptoms in addition to head pain. Symptoms associated with a migraine headache include: nausea pain behind one eye or ear pain in the temples seeing spots or flashing lights sensitivity to light and/or sound temporary vision loss vomiting Migraine headaches are typically divided into two categories: migraine with aura and migraine without aura. An “aura” refers to sensations a person experiences before he or she gets a migraine. The sensations typically occur anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes before attack. These can include: feeling less mentally alert or having trouble thinking seeing flashing lights or unusual lines tingling or numbness in the face or hands unusual sense of smell, taste, or touch

Masturbation is a healthy way of relieving sexual tension. It is normal, not harmful and it is not going to cause any sexual and marital problem. However it should be done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. Don’t feel guilty about it

As of now for headache you can take tablet paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate. If you want medicine than, I will prescibe.

Acidity reflux traveled into my head and I am vomiting and I am feeling heavy head.
Hello due to indigestion there will be increase in pitta (acid part) in our body. Which is know as fermented undigested food in body. Which will cause this kind of acidity or you can say acid reflux with vomiting sometimes. Usually as it gets chronic it gets worse. But try to clear when it's New. Advice use cow ghee instead of any oil in food. Don't use spicy, sour, salty, fermented foods, cold food, cold drinks, cold water, green or red chilli take dryfuit grapes water in morning. Just 1 month medicine course and it Will be ok. Do ask in private consulting chat for sure result. Thank you.

Try to wake up at 11. Then 10 and gradually to the time desired by you. 1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.
