Hello you should start physiotherapy sessions. Physiotherapists are skilled in the management of back injuries. A physiotherapist will provide a comprehensive assessment of your back to determine the source of the problem, and to develop an individualized program to treat your symptoms. Depending upon the nature and severity of the back problem, the program may include? a variety of manual therapy techniques such as mobilization or manipulation;? exercises to mobilize or strengthen appropriate muscles;? postural retraining and general conditioning;? education in proper body mechanics and techniques to prevent recurrence of the back injury; and? modalities such as tens, ultrasound, heat or ice to reduce pain. Dear lybrate-user your weight is fine according to your height. You might be suffering from a consition called plantar fasiatis. The leg muscles tend to get tight with time as well as get weak with time. You need to start wd excersises soon as well as spme easy precautions. N knee pain might be due to muscle weakness nothing to worry about. You can do well with exercises.

I am 29 yrs old having right leg knee muscle tear, hence I have taken medication doctor suggested mega bone, zinc and vitamin d3 tablets. I completed the course. But still i'm having the pain. Now slowly I got back pain also. Kindly help me.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please do a clinical examination by your Doctor rheumatologist and to confirm exact diagnosis do few investigations like CBC with differential and MRI scan.For pain, you can discuss with your Doctor about naproxen and other medications after investigation report only. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this- 1) Consult with a physiotherapist for a regular exercise plan. 2) Try to avoid smoking. Hope that helps.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I am suffering from adenomyosis for last 3 months and having severe back pain and knee pain and thigh cramps suggest. Doctor says I need to go for uterus removal kindly suggest.

Adenomyosis, gynae. Doctor will deal with. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
