If the tooth extraction cannot be avoided at any account, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon can perform it with all preoperative and postoperative precautions. Whether it's having a tooth pulled, a root canal or just a routine cleaning, it's important for your health and the health of your baby not to ignore your teeth and gums during pregnancy. Ideal is 2nd trimester but in emergency we can do it at any trimester in minimum time with multiple assistance. Previously it was thought not to take xrays in pregnant lady but now it is also performed as researches has shown no impact on fetus with all necessary precautions taken while performing it. Hope it will help you and many others who are pregnant and suffering from gum teeth related problems.

There is no way out for you if you don't visit a dentist. You can't get your gaps filled naturally and by your own. Braces are the best option for you but if you don't want to go for it, get cosmetic treatment like composite veneers or ceramic veneers.

Follow that diet for 6 weeks Week 1 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of milk and a fruit 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and any vegetable 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 3 pcs steamed or roasted chicken or fish + salad (non vegetarians) Any one of the following for vegetarians: 1.1 bowl dal.+ 1 bowl curd + salad 2.1 bowl veg + 1 bowl curd + salad 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish Week 2 8: 00 am – 2 glasses of methi seeds water. 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch. 9: 00 am – 1 glass of cold coffee and a bb toast 11: 30 am – one fruit of your wish 1: 30 pm – This week you have a lot of options which you can take alternatively. 1.1 bowl sprouts + fruits 2.2 bowl vegetables + salads 3.1 bowl dalia + 1 bb toast 4.1 bowl vegetables + 1 bb toast 5.1 bowl kadhi + 1 quarter plate rice 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn (not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7: 30 pm – 1 bran chappati and 1 bowl vegetable. 8: 30 pm – one fruit of your wish. Try to avoid stress because stress can cause many diseases.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday

We were married 1 year ago. We never wanted children so took care and precautions while having sex. Every month her menstrual cycle is good. We are going to a devotional tour for 5 days from 25th February to 1st March. But the problem is that she's not having menses till now. Her menstruation date is 17th. But she's not. So She decided to use medicine. But she's in confusion that whether to use medicine to have menses. Or wait until 25th and use medicine to stop menses for 5 days. I request please mention medicine for both the conditions with dosage along with your suggestions. Tablets to have menses.? Immediately Tablets to stop menses. For 5 days.

Hello, It is too late to start a medicine to postpone her menses further as the meds were to be started from day 21 of her cycle. Now as it 5 days post missed period, she may have her menses anytime and has to wait for the same. Unfortunately it is going to be during your tour. once started it can be controlled , but even if you plan to take meds for withdrawal bleed, still its a 5 day course and then you have to wait another 5-7 days for arrival of bleeding.

To make your calcium level normal these are some instructions given below: • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot . • Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily when sunlight is not strong , sunlight has vitamin D . • you can take vitamin D supplement to increase your calcium level . • Increase your digestion with use of this method take 1 tea spoon of jeera , dhaniya , and ajwayin grind it and use it in your daily food items .

Hi to reduce extra body weight avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Don't take ghee, butter, unprocessed cheese, cream etc. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread, oats etc. Eat food in small amount but don't skip meals. Eat protein foods like soy products, soy milk, tofu, cottage cheese, peanuts, peas, paneer etc. Use skimmed milk. Drink water 3lit/day but not during meals. Take quality sleep ans lead a stress free life.

Hello, eating only perfect lunch and dinner will not help you. For healthy weight gain you need to make some changes in your daily diet routine and need to modify some lifestyle habits. Instructions are as follows: 1) eat more than three meals a day. Three main meals and three side meals. 2) don't wait until your stomach starts to growl to eat. 3) eat plenty of calories at every meal. You can add peanut butter, nuts, cheese in your side meals. 4) you can have banana or milkshakes in between your meals to maintain the calorie need. 5) avoid eating lots of junk food. It can wreck your metabolism. 6) drink plenty of water. Keep your body hydrated. 7) have sound sleep. 8) do not skip your meals. Avoid fasting. 9) concentrate on the quantity of protein, carbs, and fats. You can consult me for personalized diet chart.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet
