Hye, thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Just as a part of good habit to monitor health, I used this mobile app called cardiac diagnosis to regularly monitor heart rate. Most of the times I get a danger sign in this app for arrythemia. Are these apps real & useful? Shall I consider these serious & do any specific medical tests to see any problem? I had recently faced anaemia & extreme fatigue conditions which are now seems recovering after treatment. I also have a family history of varicose veins.

I donot know what the app shows. But you can get an ECG done and show to a cardiologist. Anaemia at times can lead to irregular heart beats too.

The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Surely you will get results.

Well heart rate varies between 60-100. But below 40 and above 100 is a medical condition. Below 60 is normal in active people who do regular exercise. Patient who are taking beta blockers. If heart rate low then you need proper homeopathic treatment.

What is the reason heart strokes coming in young age below 30 when we need cardiac checkups.

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
What is the reason heart strokes coming in young age below 30 when we need cardiac checkups.
Stroke is blockage of blood supply to brain, similar to a heart attack when blood vessels supplying blood to the heart get blocked. Reasons are same ,so are the ways to prevent.Stop smoking/exposure to pollution, less of bad fats like transfats and some good fats like 5 gms of pure ghee/butter, daily exercise, keeping sugar & cholesterol under control, taking less stress, meditation and yoga and Not Taking Everything to Heart. Cholesterol related plaque is the cause of blocks in vessels and it is advisable Not to give Pizzas/Burgers/junk food to kids even , take more green vegetables and seasonal fruits. Cholesterol + blood sugar should be checked 20 on wards at least once a year , if high then diet control is the best medicine. You have written that you have had a cardiac arrest in the past and you are only 30! you suffered from gastric ulcers also which are no longer affecting you , there must be some proof like gastroscopy to reassure you about No ulcers in the stomach. Both of these illnesses are due to stress and wrong eating habits , I am sure by now you are counselled well about Diet and relaxation , If not get back here for more help.

Hi hemoglobin less then 7 mg/dl should immidiately be treated with blood transfusion. 4 is gross anaemia he should be admitted immediately and should be transfused3 units of blood 2d echo should be done to rule out cardiac output ,because severe anaemia results in congestive cardiac failure. Admission to hospital with complete cardiac evaluation is very important thaks.
