If heart beat is itregular then first do the ecg 12 leads, electrolytes, bp charting and meet with cardiologist.
As per cardiac point of view low fat diet is recommonded. But in case of CKD dependes what stage you belong. Some back ground needed for example diabetes/ hypertension and investigations ll determine your diet pattern as far as CKD is concerned.
8 mm size stone are difficult to say for spontaneous removal but up to8 mm stone are reported as spontaneous removal. Pls visit to urologist.
He must be having MBD. Please get check of calcium, vit d3 ,phosphorus, AKP, MRI spine after consulting your primary doctor. In ESRD 2 / WK HD is insufficient for good quality of life.
If pain is persisting then you are in need of consult with physician and get usg abdomen xray kub urine r/m etc.
