What should I do?
Use glycerine soap. Also under ayurveda's virechana therapy if possible. For dry skin use this combination of oil - almond oil 30 ml + olive oil 20 ml + coconut 15ml + seasame oil 10 ml + castor oil 10 ml + levander oil 5 ml + rose oil 5 ml + lemon grass 5 ml. Please revert after 2 weeks.

As I see your age is 20. Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist. Who will also check your eye pressures to tell you whether its glaucoma or not.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee milk, soup - have a teaspoon of honey in a warm glass of lime water on rising in the morning - take tablet levocetrizine, 5 mg once daily in the evening - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust & smoke.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

Your weight should not exceed 68 kilos. You need to loose atleast ten kgs. -set up a routine and work out for an hour everyday. -eat healthy and reduce the intake of tea/coffee/sugar and oil. -make fruits and boiled or raw vegetables a substitute for your lunch for some days. -you need cardio exercises more.

Noodles is a chinese recipe & they are eating it for ages without any harmful effects! if you like noodles then have it prepared at home or have it from a genuine chinese eating house. Not from the road side vendor. They contain ajinomoto, for enhancing the taste of the recipe which is very harmful to the body! be careful!

Thank you for your query. 1. Almost all people at some point in their lives experience tinnitus. Tinnitus does not have a cure, however, it may be controlled. How severe is your tinnitus on a scale of 1 to 10? 2. Get your ears examined to rule out any ear wax which is one of the commonest causes of Tinnitus. Also rule out any perforation of the ear drum. Decreased hearing also makes one more aware of tinnitus. Get a PTA (Pure Tone Audiogram) done. If you have a hearing loss, amplification may help mask the tinnitus. You may also get your middle ear pressures checked (Impedance Audiometry or Tympanometry). 3. The exact cause of Tinnitus is unknown. However one of the the agreed pathologies is damage to or loss of to hair cells in the inner ear. The role of the brain in the perception of Tinnitus also exists. For example, some people have been relieved of Tinnitus after a cerebral stroke, while some continue to hear it even after the Cochlear (Hearing) Nerve is cut. 4. What is your age? What is your exposure to occupational noise and loud music / earphones / mobile phones? Exposure to loud noise is also a leading cause for tinnitus. 5. If your Tinnitus increases on clenching the teeth, it may require dental bite correction. 6. I have noticed patients who have increased Tinnitus when they are stressed, have fluctuations of blood pressure, low hemoglobin, low blood sugar levels and so on. 7. Cochlear Synaptic Tinnitus may be treated in up to 50% people with Caroverine infusion followed by capsules for two months. Other treatments such as transtympanic steroids, gingko biloba, multi-vitamins and anti-oxidants may also help in reducing Tinnitus. 8. Kindly let me know the results of your investigations. This will help in suggesting further treatment. 9. I must emphasize that in a vast majority of patients of tinnitus, the cause is never found. Hi vicky here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
