Dear, These are the causes of hair thinning & hair fall: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For thick hairs and to prevent hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil of Baidyanath company and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual problem of men under 40, according to doctor, author and nutrition expert ray sahelian. Premature ejaculation is defined as secretion of semen from the penis early into intercourse. It happens before a man's partner or the man is ready and can be very frustrating for both parties. It can even occur before penetration in some cases. Factors such as stress, age, and prostate problems contribute to premature ejaculation. Step 1
Take 100 milligrams of kava before engaging in sexual intercourse. Kava root comes in pill form and powder form which can be brewed into a tea and is sold at many health food stores. Kava increases blood flow to the penis and slows reaction to increased sexual stimulation, therefore helping you maintain erection longer.
Step 2
Add two drops of hibiscus flower essence to 1/4 cup of water and sip slowly. Hibiscus flower essence helps relieve stress and promotes romantic sexual feelings which increases the ability to maintain erection and control ejaculation.
Step 3
Take a multivitamin formulated for men daily. Using multivitamin supplements in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise may increase sexual stamina and performance.
Step 4
Take graphites 12c two to four times daily. According to an excerpt from the doctor's book of home remedies, this nutrient in supplement form will help stop premature ejaculation with repeated use. Once your condition has improved, you may discontinue use of this supplement.
Step 5
Try taking a 5htp (hydroxytryptophan) supplement daily. 5htp is a naturally occuring nutrient that is responsible for sexual health and seratonin production. It suppresses the urge to ejaculate sooner than normal while increasing stamina. You can find it at many health food stores and pharmacies.

If you want to improve your wrist size, You have to gain your weight. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. I have a severe hair fall problem. I have tried several remedies or products but nothing came out successful. What should I do?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hi. Vsd basically is a whole in between left and right chambers of your heart. So mixing of blood and pressure changes occurs due to it in the heart. It is strongly recommended that you see a heart doctor every 6 months or atleast 1 year.

Follow these best tips to get red lips :- * Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some Milk fat ( ghee). * Use Pomegranate Seeds and Milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. Hii actually I want to know that m doing diet plan on 1st Oct there I loose arnd 3.8 kg till 12 Oct after dat I got periods n gain weight 1kg nw periods are over on 15 den I weight I loss 500 gm nw today again I weight its increase by same 500 gms. Hye Understand that weight is never stable. Depending on your physiological state weight can always fluctuate. During periods you may show a rise possibly due to water retention. After periods there is no retention, which will show as a loss on the scale. Body takes time to adjust to a routine. Don't get addicted to the weighing scale because a few grams up or down does not matter. It's the overall fat loss that matters at the end of the day. Try to take weight on a weekly basis and note the overall loss at the end of each week because that's what matters. Lastly see that the diet is not too low in calories cause if you break down muscle mass instead of fat it may show on the scale as a loss which will come right back as a gain.

I have heart pain suddenly in night and burping Whole night it continued. Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to acidity & anxiety, do not worry at your age it is unlikely a heart problem - follow some precautions, do not skip meals, have meals on time have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, chew your food well, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - avoid spicy, fried, junk food, reduce intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day, avoid aerated drinks - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging for 10-15 min, also do yoga, deep breathing for 10-15 min daily - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night.

I am 43 yr. Every day I am reducing 300 calories I am diabetic & high blood pressure. By doing exercise I have control in diabetes 110 fasting also after exercise if I check my bp it is 120-80, 130-88. Should I stop medicine of bp telly40 i'm not taking any medicine for diabetes. Can I eat watermelon, mango, litchi. I m not eating sugar &having less salt. Please suggest the fruits I can eat.

You need to continue your bp medication. Its good that your blood sugars are controlled without medication but you need to be on diet control and exercise. Regarding fruits you need to avoid mango, litchi, grapes, banana and chickoo.

Hi, I am a 33 year old male with diabetic history which has been under control with insulin. I am having sharp pains in the right side of abdomen and at the back. The pain seems to spike with geavy breathing or instant body movement.

Sir/mam I got married in 2013. I got operated in Jan this year for fissure. I take too much of stress n it's beyond my control. So I ended up and did operation. Now slight pain is like always there n sometimes it seems severe. I take (aloevera juice) as laxative every day before bed. Can I ever get rid of this pain. N pls suggest me diet that could help. I wud b grateful. N there is brown blood discharge for like 10_12 days after my period. Quantity is very less like one two drops. Is there anything to worry?

hello, u need to modify your diet..! make sure you take one big bowl of fruit or salad every day..! papaya is gud for constipation. you can also try prunes as they help too.. drink 4 to 5 litres of water daily.. and sit in a tub with warm water for five to ten mins till ur pain persists..! u shud see a gynaec for your symptoms who wud probably run some bld tests with a scan..! hope this qas helpful..

Hi I use lenses. But my eyes becomes dry. Which eye drop I should use. N for how many hours I should apply lenses.

Use genteel eye drop more frequently. Do not sleep with contact lenses on and you can use that for 12 - 14 hours a day.
