Reduce stress, this is your first and foremost task. Do pranayam and yoga to reduce stress. eat walnuts 5pcs regularly. listen music regularly,whenever you get free time. Eat more fibres. Chew your food properly before swallowing. Take green tea twice a day. Mix sour curd with protein powder and take it regularly at morning. Drink soups at dinner.

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles rub your skin with citrus. Citrus fruits contain abundant amounts of vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin c helps slough off the top layer of skin without causing damage. Here are some ways to use it. O squeeze some juice and dab it on your skin. Women have used straight lemon juice to lighten their skin for centuries, but you can use an orange, grapefruit or lime if you prefer. Slice the fruit in half and squeeze the juice into a cup or bowl. Using a cotton ball, dab it onto your dark spots. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse off. Repeat once or twice a day. O make a lemon and honey face mask. Combine the juice of half a lemon with 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well, and apply to your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse well. O make a citrus and powdered milk scrub. Combine 1 teaspoon each of water, powdered milk and the juice of your favorite citrus fruit. Mix into a soft paste and massage into your skin. Rinse well.

I am 45 years old male. I am suffering from Paronychia (infection of nails) in my right hand thumb for more than six months. Allopathic medicine amoxicillin helps to give only temporary relief and that too when taken in high doses (1500 mg/day). Such high doses cause extreme side effects like extreme dizziness, and so I cannot take continuously. Please suggest alternate remedy.

Paronychia (infection of tissue fold around nail) is usually a result of co infection of bacteria and fungus. In this condition anly amoxicillin (antibiotic) that also without clavulinate, may not give complete relief. You need a combination of antibiotic and anti fungal medications. Why Managing Blood Sugar Levels Is Extremely Important
The average blood sugar rises gradually and as it rises there is damage occurring throughout the body. Out of control blood sugar levels can lead to serious short term problems such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or diabetic ketoacidosis.

In the long run, uncontrolled blood sugar can also damage the vessels that supply blood to important organs, like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. This can occur even when you feel OK. That's why it's so important to take action as soon as you're diagnosed with diabetes. Our bodies are amazing, but unfortunately once you have a heart attack or stroke, or your kidneys fail, or you become blind, the damage cant be undone.

The good news is that paying attention to blood sugar control can help keep you healthy and prevent health problems from happening later. Some tips -

1) Keep your blood glucose within your goal range as much as possible. Work with your diabetes team to develop and maintain a plan.

2) Take your diabetes medication as prescribed. If you're on insulin, ask to see a diabetes educator to learn how to adjust your dose.

3) Increase physical activity. If you aren't physically active, talk to your health care provider about suitable activities. If you haven't exercised in a while, consider beginning with five to ten minutes of daily physical activity and gradually increase your activity to at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.

4) Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Even a 5 percent to 7 percent weight loss will help you better manage your blood glucose.

The quality of your future life depends on the decisions and actions that you take today.

It is a temporary tantrum to seek attention of her mother. May be she was attached to only you with little exposure of outside world including a play school where kids as small as 2 get a chance to play with others, use lots of material with space which is not available within our homes. If this is her 1st school, you do not have to yield in. Be firm with her, send her to school minus lecturing her on benefits of education. Kids forget soon and start playing with other kids but become cranky the moment they get to see mother at pick up time. She will make good friends soon. May be teacher is not as good looking as her mother but tell the girl that it is a colorful world with all kinds of people of races and religions. No need to give her lectures as she will feel about her tantrums being successful, because she got your attention. She will not starve because of not eating but school is a must. Make it very clear that come what may, every child in your colony goes to school, why should she not go to a school. Ignore her attention seeking tricks.

This loss of hunger is due to your weak digestive system. You first need to improve your digestion. Take tab hinguvachadi gulika 1 tab tid with butter milk before meals or tab agnitundi vati 1tab tid with luke warm water before meals dadimashtaka curna 1/2tsp with butter milk tid before meals for 7 days. Follow up after 7 days.

Hello, take sabal serrulata q, 10 drops with water twice daily. Do massage in circular motions in upwards direction using olive oil. Certain exercises like pushups, wall pushups, bench presses, chest presses and chest compressions can help in breast enlargement. These exercises involve the movement of the arms and shoulders, which will tone the skin and muscle tissues in and around the breast area. This in turn will make your breasts firmer and appear larger. Do these exercises daily for at least 30 minutes. To be sure you are doing them correctly, seek professional advice from a gym instructor or trainer.

Eating right kind of food can make your irritable menstruation days easier. It also helps in reducing stress level, cramps and managing mood swings.
Here’s how you must mind your food.

1. Dairy products and red meat: Dairy products like cheese, yoghurt and milk and red meat contain arachidonic acids which elevate cramps during your periods.

2. Fats, Trans fat and fried food: High intake of fatty, trans fatty and fried food leads to bloating and breast tenderness and increased estrogen levels which causes cramps. It’s better not to consume fats for few days.
