Kindly get an x-ray done of the damaged tooth. If it can be saved then kindly get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. If it can't be saved then kindly get it extracted. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done.

Hello. You can use natural remedies. 1. Lemon is good skin lightening agent. Ypu can apply lemon and rose water mixture on skin. Apply this for 15 mins and wash with plain water. 2. Cucumber and tomato are also good for skin lightening. Apply their juice on face for 15-20 mins and wash with plain water. 3. Curd and termeric mixture are also good. Take some curd and add a pinch of haldi. Mix them and apply on face. When it dry, wash face with plain water. 4. Always apply sunscreen after bathing. It protects you from harmful sun rays. 5. Eat healthy diet and fresh fruits and juices. 6. Use homoeopathic cream berberus aquifolium twice a day. All these will help you. For any other advice or medicine you can consult me. Good luck.

If you're hoping to put on weight, you should work with your nutritionist/dietician to figure out what's best for you and your needs. OK, so. Here are some things you might want to keep in mind. 1. It’s not a matter of just eating anything and everything to get more weight. The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you're either gaining muscle or you're gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you're going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you're eating. Always stick to foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you're working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, memory loss, and even premature aging.

Computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5 inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

Step up asthma medicication to control it better. Use asthma preventor medicine having LABA and ICS combination by inhalation with spacer. Give her adult vaccination against flu and invassive pneumoccocal infection. Avoid cold exposure, dust, pollutiobn and allergens.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout.in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so you are left with 1 more year to grow further! Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) I think when you are saying that you are having memory loss, are you saying that you do not remember what you read for exams, there might be many reasons for the first and the foremost is the anxiety, followed by correct method of studying and last but not the least nutrition.
