You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patanjali ayurved) along with 30ml of water after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. Black spot can be calculus or decay. If it's calculus, go for scaling and polishing. If its decay, get it filled with appropriate material. This can't be treated at home.

Milk teeth can be broken upto 8-9 yrs. If delayed then you must consult with a dentist. For dull hair use olive oil. Apply natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight, next day add whole egg, curd,10 ml coconut oil, few drops of lemon juice, apply it on scalp after drying rinse thoroughly, do not use shampoo on that day.

I'm 18 years old and suffering from pcos since 4 years . I ws on medications but it didn't work out. It only showed temporary results. So I thought to give a try to natural remedies. While searching I got to know apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, licorice , flaxseed, fenugreek and other stuffs. And avoid dairy and soy products. Hello, lybrate-user, foods that you have mentioned, are all healthy and nutritious foods items. You may add them in your diet, but you have to know how and how much. And this brings you to the point where you wanted to know what you can eat and avoid. To suppress pcos you need to maintain your body weight. And to do that you need a customized diet chart that will prescribe you what to eat, how and how much, according to your height, weight, body functions and physical activity. Hence I would like to recommend you to consult with a dietician personally or online. And as per the tests you can do prolactin test.

I suffer pain on my testicles and also at the position to which it is joined. Area just above the penis too have pain and back side just above the buttocks. The fact is there are no shortcuts! However, there are some really efficient ways (if followed religiously) that can result in quick riddance from fat and related woes. 
Let's see how to get around obesity in these simple ways:

  1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it's advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight.
  2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat.  Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that.
  3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone's cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats.
  4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism.
  5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.

Hi I'm 25 years old guy! I had a throat pain 2 weeks before, then followed by runny nose and cough! After 2 weeks I have cough which is getting slowly better! But I am having chest pains which is not so painful and I'm feeling too weak like I'm feeling my heart bit's.
