Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You can take tab paracetamol 500mg for headache and make a daily routine of all your activities with good proper timings for everything including sleep and then follow it strictly.

The following tips are for premature ejuclution. It will help you 1 the better option is to relax your mind and to increase timing you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method 2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation 3. Use a condom preferably a thick one or extra time its easily available in market. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis. If these tips are beneficial then test your semen and urine and consult with sexologist.

Dear, just relax, take curd in your meal - you will get good night sleep. Otherwise, you are little bit under weight also as per your height. You may seek side effect free ayurvedic medicines, balanced diet and some exercises/yoga - can make you healthy, wealthy and wise. All the best.

1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. 8. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Dear lybrate-user, Hair fall can be very well managed by diet. Add more Greens, fresh vegetables and juices in the diet. Drink 3 liters of water every day. Check your Thyroid and Vitamin D and B12, if required consult a physician and take supplements. Ayurveda has wonderful therapies and remedies which can help you.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
